Military discount is a joke. It does not apply to anything that's on sale. Has anybody ever bought full price at Old Navy!!!! So basically they give no discount to the military but act like they do! Shame on you

On May 3rd, 2024, at 1 pm, I had the pleasure of visiting a store where every single staff member greeted customers with a warm smile and offered help whenever someone needed assistance. It was a wonderful experience and made me feel valued as a customer. I bought something just because of their services.

Not a very good selection of women's jeans if you want something out of the ordinary. Nice staff. The place was nice and clean. The sales are nice even though it was still pricey. If you have the chance, go to TJ Max. They have more options on jeans. Overall the place was great though. I got a nice sweater.

Exactly what you would expect in an old navy. store was clean enough and dressing rooms weren't too cluttered. Bathroom was in desperate need of a clean. Employees were kind and helpful. They do not have an in store selection of maternity clothes, only have maternity returns in the clearance sections so don't go in hoping to shop a variety. Sales and clearance are as advertised. Mall parking is busy but after a quick circle around I was able to find a spot!

Advertised jeans starting at a price we did not find. Every item was very high cost for what it was, especially when you can get good clothes elsewhere for a much better price and not look so generic. If you have a big budget it's not a bad store but Old Navy has always been a bit generic for me.
