This is one company that has repeatedly rebuked their own rules and warranty processes and I am done with them this is the second time I'm having to replace a part from purchased from them this is from a known reputable manufacture Moog and yet I'm having to replace it but because I bought the parts while they were retail store and a service center and they are no longer a part store I now have to buy the parts all over again because they will not honor the warranty. I would never recommend anyone to this Pep Boys or Pep Boys in general because they can't seem to function on the level of reliability. Pep Boys is gone downhill so far so fast that they can't even recover their employees that they've lost over the years in the last year alone I know of at least eight employees who have left and gone to a more reputable service center. That speaks volumes about the way that stores run. Never ever ever ever use Pep Boys for your service needs. I recommend Big O in Parker or if you're outside of the Parker area make a little trip out to Elizabeth to a shop called 360 Auto and Diesel both companies are more reputable than Pep Boys.

Friendly guard ... dock 8 watch out u don't hit the poles with ur trailer doors when ur backing up. Very fast loading

That place is a parking lot.... they did a good job making room for me to just dock. But that is a crowded area!!!

6 hours to get unloaded with tires when it took only 2 hours to get loaded. they will lie on the in and out times so you won't get detention. bad place to deliver tires.
