I no longer have a unit with PSS, but when I did, I had no problems at all. Everything stayed dried and undisturbed. The receptionist that I signed up with was polite and very nice. If I need a unit in the future, I will give them a call. I have recommended them to my granddaughter, who is looking for storage.

Well. If you call this place looking for prices, Donna will tell you that they are NOT on 267 and after she tells you that they are all full, she will hang up on you. Like life isn't crappy enough as it is, having to look for a storage unit.
