Few months ago, brought in a car because there was a sunroof leak which caused water to get in the car. Specifically told them thats the case. Instead of fixing that, they replaced the battery and alternator. Even though I'd just replaced it a year before. The car stopped working within 5 minutes of driving. I just had it towed home. Fixed the sunroof leak and dried out the car. It works fine now. Now the new problem is a squeaking noise. Cause by these guys not properly tightening and/or installing the serpentine belt when they changed the alternator. They're practically useless and trying to rip off people. Would not recommend.

I went to R&M after another shop had messed up suspension work on my vehicle. They were extraordinarily helpful and took the time to both explain and show me what was wrong. As a college student with very little knowledge of cars, I appreciated the help in sorting out the situation. They were also able to diagnose other problems that were missed in a previous inspection by a different shop. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new mechanic.

Rick and his team are amazing. On Monday my truck went into limp mode on my way to work. They figured that it was a common problem with my truck but could not recreate the issue after the initial diag. Begrudgingly Rick had me come to pick it up. When I got back in the truck to leave the issue popped back up. Rick and his team came right out and that was the confirmation that they were looking for. See rather than charge me for an expensive repair that they were not sure would fix the issue they needed that confirmation. Truck is fixed and running like a top again. Thanks R&M Automotive for the exceptional service!!!

I really like these people but the last two times I brought my car in they charged me more than what they estimated without asking me to confirm first. They estimated a price but upped the price because they broke one of my parts. It was only 100 bucks more but they should have called me first and told me their estimate was no longer accurate. I felt blindsided. This has happened twice now.

Our vehicle broke down on a road trip and I wasn’t super familiar with repair places in the area. Read the reviews here and thought they would be worth it and they were! Totally seamless! Easy to work with and very reasonably priced!

Moved to the area recently and couldn't be more pleased taking my car here for the first time. Had everything fixed within the day and even managed to diagnose and repair a problem I'd had for some time with no previous luck at other shops. Everybody was friendly and they made sure to keep me updated with an exact breakdown of the process throughout. Stellar work and it all came out to a reasonable price, too.
