We went through a thorough examination of our needs. We have never been taught or examined the science and technology in getting a proper night's sleep; essential at all ages. We considered the purchase an investment in our health; the purchasing experience was far superior than our past shopping.

Bought a matress that instantly is causing me severe back pain and to miss work. They recommend I continue using it for the 30 day trial. They also stated it will take longer than 30 days because the process of returning takes a long time. They told me this after I purchased the matress

My visit to Plainfield Sleep Number store was very pleasant. Troy and the other young man were not pushy and answered all my questions. I currently have a Sleep Number bed that is 14 years old and I thought I was due for a new one.

The Sleep Number team at the Plainfield, Indiana store is the best! They are knowledgeable, personable, and made it easy for us to get the best model for our needs. They even helped us navigate a challenging situation regarding a bed we had inherited. Even though dealing with Sleep Number's corporate customer service can be frustrating, dealing with Troy, Collin, and Brenden at the Plainfield store was a terrific experience. Give them a visit; you'll be in good hands and will indeed rest easy!

Upgraded my old sleep number bed to the P6. Troy was absolutely AMAZING! He helped me select the bed that was best for us and at the right price. Did not pressure me to buy right away or try to upsell a different product. I felt he was truly interested in my well being over logging a sale.
The bed is awesome. I’ve been logging sleep scores of 85-90. My husband does a lot of flipping and twisting in his sleep and I barely feel it.
We opted to set up the bed ourselves and it was so easy. The mattress came already assembled so it was just a matter of attaching the hoses and syncing to our phones.
I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and I’m hard to please. Highly recommend sleep number and Troy.

From the second we walked into Sleep Number in Plainfield, we were welcomed by Troy. He was very friendly, even though we walked in shortly before closing (sorry). He took his time with us and reassured us over and over again that he wasn’t worried about the time. He was so thorough and very knowledgeable about the different models. He helped us pick out our perfect bed. It’s been 2-3 months now and we LOVE it! I look forward to going to bed and actually being able to sleep. I didn’t realize until our sleep number, that I had never felt that way before, I kind of dreaded it. We are getting amazing sleep and NOT waking up in pain. It’s been amazing!
You can’t go wrong with this location (Troy is the best) or product. Spend the money, it’s worth it! Thanks!
