This location was amazing up until the last year. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Employees running the cash register while on speaker phone having personal conversations for all to hear. They act like asking them for something is an inconvenience. No management there and if they are you cannot tell they are managers because everyone is horrible at customer service. Its so dirty in comparison to a year ago. I live within walking distance and will go out of my way to avoid this place. Do better, the staffs job is customer service not service to themselves. 9-8-25 update - they have new staff who still refuses to work the register. Will not acknowledge the line of over 5 people and continue to hide in the back or walk around and pretend like customers aren't there. How do you plan to stay in business once you run off your customers? We are the ones who make it so you can pay your bills. Telling customers if they dont like it they can go somewhere else will result in them going somewhere else. No I dont want to talk to someone else, I want you guys to fix it. 711 destroyed this site.

The cashiers need better training. I am quitting nicotine vaping and was trying to get a nicotine free vape. She asked for my ID and I handed it to her and she tried scanning it. It wouldn’t scan so she told me she couldn’t sell it to me which was fine and I respect. Do what you need to do to not get in trouble. Where I have a problem is that she had my ID close to her so I had to reach more than halfway over the counter and grab it. I know at the end of the day it’s not that deep, but it’s giving when customers toss the money to cashiers and they have to hand it back respectfully. Also, as a former cashier, cover the smaller barcode and just scan the bigger barcode if scanning it isn’t working. It’s picking up both barcodes which is causing it to mess up.

As far as the company , I am a long time regular customer. As far as the customer service especially with the girl that is working right now , the worst attitude . This is the 3rd time I have come in to get ice and she tried to refuse for me to pay for my ice , claiming she doesn't know how to ring it up , however when I still stand there and refuse to leave without paying for my 49¢ cup of ice shr got an attitude and said she will just refuse to assist me . She also said she couldn't get anything done like it was my fault after her having to stop stocking cigarettes to assist a customer, which I also had been standing there patiently giving her a few minutes to even acknowledge me in the first place . After a few insults and a two year old tantrum she displayed I finally told her she was rude and uea I will pay for my ice. And yeS she will wait on me because it is her job and clearly if she can't learn to treat ppl better without an attitude then maybe she won't have one . I would say someone needs to have a nice talk with how she should be acting . I don't have a problem with any place else I go unless it's a personal attack of matters being rolled into someone's attitude problem which I should be able to assume not to have to feel that way about my interaction with her now 3 times being rude and negative to me for no reason.. well 3rd time's a charm so I shred my opinion afterwards this time . Just disgusted

This speedway has been goin downhill for the last 6 months come here on my lunch break and there’s never any food and the excuse is they don’t start cooking till 6am all doe to lazy workers I guess I’ll start going across the street to get go

I have lived and work about a 1/4 mile from this gas station for the last 8 years. I stop in at least once a day, often twice a day. have spent between $15,000 to $20,000 in this time at this location. This place provided pretty good service even during Covid 19. In the last several months this place has taken a nose dive. The service has been really bad. the food selection has been horrible. they're usually out of everything I want. If they put out any food at all. Management often stands around not doing anything most meanwhile there's 10 people standing in line with only one cashier. Cashiers will be on their phones when you walk up to the counter and today I found out that the only decent employee they had has been fired. She has been there as long as I can remember. She was The one of the few that gave good consistent service. Her name was Debbie and She was probably the only reason I haven't stopped going in there before now. GetGo Across the street has much better food, better service. They provide Veterans and purple heart recipients with reserved parking not to mention free fountain drinks. Being a veteran this means a lot. with this being said I will be taking my business across the street. Speedway, at least this location needs to get its act together.

I used the self service lottery terminal and it ripped me off money I tell the workers they had no clue what to do so they tries to reach their manager with no luck so they had me leave my name and number and told me they would have the manager reach out to me to resolve the issue and not once have I been contacted by the manager and its been almost 4 weeks now and still no word from anyone so I called the hossier lotto people and they made a report but still waiting on reimbursement from either speedway or the hoosier lotto people which ever happens

This location clearly needs guidance management training associate training because there’s just no reason that at 6:41 AM the cashier saying that she cannot sell lottery even though the lottery in Indiana is on at 4 AM. Multiple times I’ve been to this location after 6 AM and they’ve refused to sell lottery as well as at night. I once visited this location and they actually had tape over the cash entrance of their lottery machine. This location clearly just doesn’t need to NOT sell lottery!! And I get it as a company Speedway does not pay these employees enough so they don’t wanna do their job. Can’t do their job not willing to do their job maybe pay your employees a livable wage and they maybe little bit more happier about being at their shitty job!!!

I just got gas, and that was fine. I like the discounts you get, but I just wished they let you have more days to be able to use it.
