I had a service appt. Sat at 8am. I walked into the service dept. Not the First Gentleman , or the lady in the middle desk, but the 3rd desk closest to the shop. She has a MAJOR ATTITUDE . I will not lie on anyone. Almost everyone that worked there offered the customers food and beverages. She ruined it for the whole dealership. I will not be back. There’s no sense in treating people that horrible. Way too many dealerships around to deal with your unhappy employees. First and last time I do business with Stoops!!!

If you’re looking for a car. Not just a Buick not just a GMC. I don’t care if you’re a Toyota lover a Ford lover or a Honda lover. You need to come to Stoops. Ask for Brandon Gardiner and you will be very please. Brandon was so amazing from the moment we got there. He made my wife and I feel like family as we test drove 4 different cars. He came back the following week and bought a car and he made sure that we got the best deal. We are very happy and when we need another car I hope he will still be there.

Drove 3 hours to buy a used car from Kent at Stoops. He always responded quickly and answered all questions, even sending me videos of the car. When I finally made it to the lot, the deal went fast and smoothly. Probably one of the easiest and quickest transactions I’ve had buying a car. Kent even checked to make sure we made it home ok after the 3 hour drive back. A+

Stoops Buick and Matt were great to work with. After working out every detail over the phone, I came in from out of state to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described and shared through photos and videos with Matt, no surprises when I arrived. In/out of the dealership in an hour, I would certainly do business with Stoops again!

Purchased a new 2024 Sierra 2500 Denali Ultimate last week for my business. And from the jump felt like I was respected, appreciated, and valued as a customer. There were some dealer installed accessories that I probably could have lived without but the vehicle was still priced below MSRP. Leaving the dealer in a vehicle you need/want and not feeling to you went through the wringer is refreshing. Steve was great to work with. Incredibly laidback process every step of the way. No pressure at any point in the process.

Would give zero, if I could. Went in, ran the numbers, which were elevated, because credit hadn't been run yet! Okay, assured, it would be lower, lol. After running the credit, not only, did they tell me we had to put more $ down! The payment was also higher, than the initial "elevated" payment. Then we were informed, that oh, it's because my bf had never financed a car! 700ish credit score! Well just wanted to thank you, for making us go somewhere else. Not only did we get a 2022, newer than the we were looking at here, with about same mileage. But our payment was less, with all the add ons! And only had to put our initial amount down! $100 less, lol. You really should look into this! Somethings not right here! Go to Bradley Chevrolet, Franklin. Erica was great!!!

Would give more stars if I could. Found an ad for the truck with features my son was looking for. He had been to another local dealer in Collinsville IL where the sales manager got testy with him for no reason other then he wouldn't jump to take their offer. The salesman and manager said we couldn't find the same deal somewhere else as they had the best deals. It was enough to have my son walk out the door and be determined to find what he wanted elsewhere. Cory at Stoops was more than professional and we negotiate a fair deal that at the end was better and then my son drove a few hours to pick it up with Cory and Stoops having all ready when he got there and he swapped his car for the new truck. Nice to work with a sales person and dealer that appreciates your business and is professional. Thanks Cory and Stoops. IT was a great experience.
