Steve was amazing! Straight off the gate his communication was top notch and he was very transparent with us through the whole process. We were very happy to work with him! We never felt pressured or like he had other interests. We felt accommodated and like his top priority. We will definitely return to work with Steve in the future as our children begin to drive.

Really had a pleasant purchasing experience from here from John Conway, Wasn’t pressured at all and any questions or concerns I had were addressed even after I purchased the vehicle. Also had great pricing on the trucks I wanted! I would highly recommend!

I have done oil changes here since moving to the area. Since many of the service assistants are women as well as long term employees I trust their customer service team. My last visit was for a tire rotation with added assistance to fit license plate holders. They are awesome folks.

My service writer was not the usual professional and friendly person I have had in the past. He was rude and very sharp with this demeanor. It seemed to frustrate him that he could not find my vehicle on his computer, even though I purchased my vehicle from the Dealership and had have service done there before. Maybe he was new, but he did not make me feel like an appreciated customer at all!

John in service is a jackwagon. I asked about getting a sensor tested in regards to an insurance claim and he said he can't help and I need to go to the body shop so I go there and they said I need to go to service so a woman took me back to John and she told him I had safe auto. He said he asked me that but never did. I was told I would need to pay 140 for a diagnostic but I would have to leave my truck for a few days. I said I can't do that so he said "you kinda have to" so I said never-ending and he said OK and I walked out.

My name is Rosena. I purchased a car in July, and everything went fine. They communicated to me when I had to make payments and everything. Jessica and Kevin were excellent. Unfortunately, I got laid off from my job due to downsizing, and the bank could not verify unemployment. I never said that I could not make any payments, nor was I given access to do so. As the days were approaching, I contacted the bank to set up my auto payments, and they could not find my information.In this country I know the value of having good credit. I contacted Finance and explained the situation, and Kevin told me that whenever I got a job offer, just let them know, and everything would get situated. Within a week, I found a job and will start on Monday, 9/11. I Emailed the information to Finance, then went there to ensure somebody got my message. Imagine my surprise when I was told that I must return the car. I did everything I was asked to do. Now, that I need a car to get to my new job, I am asked to return it. These people are willing to mess up my credit. They refused to take payment from me, and they refused to accept my new job information when they told me everything would get situated if I could at least get a job offer. I did not orchestrate to get laid off from my previous job.Life just happened. This situation does not make sense to me. It is unfair to treat anybody like that, regardless of race, language, and socioeconomic status. I went to purchase a car. I brought my deposit money and am paying full insurance for this car. I felt judged and discriminated against because I am black and English is not my first language.

The team works well together at Stoops.The sales rep stays in touch with the customer, and even helps set up appointments. The Service staff is friendly and keeps customer well informed of progress. I have worked in dealerships for over 12 years, and the level of family atmosphere, and collaboration between departments is very rare, and appreciated.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Christine was amazing and very informative, nice and arranged for me to get a ride so I could wait someplace else. They were extra things like an oil change and a tire that needed to be attended to, and they added it on. The repairs were done ahead of the time anticipated.The only complaint I have is that the part for my gear shift was ordered several months ago and I was never notified that it was in. I called and they were amazing in getting me in in 2 days. This was very important as we were going to be traveling soon.Thanks for all you did for making my life easier and less stressful.

We are in MN and found a truck we were very interested in purchasing. The sales rep was awesome and took all our calls and texts on his days off to help come up with a plan for us. I told them we would put money down to hold the truck until we could get to the dealership, and I had financing already approved through our credit union in MN. The sales rep, again was great, had been off but told us the manager or someone from the office would call for our down payment to hold the truck since he was not in (this never happened, but finance had been working with us and figured they were waiting for the sales rep to return). The finance contact at this dealership wanted to try and see what they could do for numbers. The numbers did not come in quite where we needed with the monthly payment and extended warranty, so I advised we just needed a purchase agreement to move forward. One red flag was when their finance contact said they weren't sure if they could take the payment from our credit union out of state? I have bought out of state before and neither my credit union nor I have heard such a thing. We had come to an agreement on the price of the truck, and everything was moving forward so we thought. The morning the finance contact called to talk about numbers again I advised him we appreciated everything he had tried, but we were just going to use our credit union vs. their financing, and we had given the sales rep all the details for the purchase agreement. I could tell he was not pleased and no less than an hour later we received a call, not from anyone we had talked to before, that the truck was no longer available and all of a sudden "something was wrong" with the truck and sorry we could not purchase. No further details and the truck is still available on their website. BEWARE if you want to buy a vehicle and not use their financing or if buying out of state! Very unprofessional.

Our experience was worth the trip to Plainfield. Friendly folks like Bob, Jessica and Matt; made my daughter’s first car buying experience a great one. It was low pressure with full transparency and resulted in an extremely fair deal. Totally recommend!
