Pay your people a decent wage, maybe you'll have staff to be open..Lobby closed at 530pm..Make management work and keep the store open..Won't bother wasting my time to see if lobby is open ..I drive truck, sitting down and eating someplace other than the driver's seat is really nice..

Don’t do business with this Taco BellThey’ve been giving drastically reduced meat portions on their entrees. I’m talking 1/3 of what they’re supposed to give you. They also don’t let you order at the register anymore.And the last straw for me was when I found RAW GROUND BEEF in my taco todayNope. This location won’t be getting money from me anymore.

I placed my order on their app to be picked up in store. I walked over there from my job and the door was locked! I knocked and stood in the cold for a while before calling the store multiple times to let them know I’m at the door. No one answered! Why allow pick up in store if you lock people out. So irritated because I had to walk back to my job empty handed before getting a ride back for drive thru. I’m pissed

My Husband And I Ordered A Grilled Steak Burrito And 2 Large Nacho Fries. Well, The Fries Were Cold During Lunch Hour So I Asked For Fresh Fries. The Lady Took The Bag, Waited Approximately 1 Minute, Handed The Bag Back Just To Find Out That They Re-Dropped The Fries That They Took. Then I Say Mam, These Fries Were Re-Dropped. She Says To Me, I Can Have Them Drop Fresh Fries. (Wasn't That Why She Took The Bag In The First Place) I Asked For My $13 Refund Just To Get All Type Of Attitudes. I Was Furious That They Would Even Do Us That Way. Get Better Plainfield Taco Bell. Customers Are Watching. Business Will Be An Epic Fail In The Not Too Near Future. P.S. When I Asked For The Refund, I Had To Go Back Because That Was EVEN WRONG!

Please be advised that this location is kiosk only. The employees will not help you, and the quality of the food is horrible. They are extremely skimpy with topings, and items look nothing like pictures. You can not customize any items either unless it's available within the kiosk.

Extremely long wait (25 minutes) for food ordered at kiosk. I believe this caused a hardship on several patrons, as we discussed the lenghty wait amongst ourselves. The food was excellent. Sorry, I felt like a hostage waiting for it.
