I went in to have my summer tires switched over to my winter tires, like they have switched over 3 times before, but said since they’ve switched management and I didn’t buy the tires there, they wouldn’t do it.

Way to go! Helped me out when someone busted my driver's door window on hwy 70. Cleaned all od it up and wrapped my window! Thanks Eric it wasn't your job but your helped this old lady out.

Bad experience overall, came in with an appointment because the auxiliary battery had gone bad. After explaining to the rather rude staff the issue, they acted like I was crazy. They then wasted an hour looking at the car to then tell us that the auxiliary battery had gone bad. (Duh) then charged a $50 diagnostic fee. Staff was also rude and defensive when mentioned price matching which they offer at other stores. Then when I left i noticed that the check engine light was still on. Certainly never coming back here again.

U see new management, Eric. Was no big help. Went to bell tire!!! They looked at my car. Helped me big time. A lot of old employees no longer there. But surly missed. Eric need to learn customer service. Big time.

Came in needing an oil change, rotation, and alignment. They called me and said they can’t do it because I need tie rods and ball joints replaced. Okay, that’s fine, but not for the price of over $4000. A whole kit for the front (tie rods, control arms, and ball press) is around $600 and doesn’t take all day. They are marking up all products by 100% and then charging crazy labor time on top of it. Don’t recommend. Go somewhere else.

Tires discount at Plainfield ( from my experience) is top of the line when it comes to customer service, great communication, and mechanics know what they are doing. I learned very quickly that all Tire Discounter are not as customer focused as this one. I tried their sister store in Greenwood ( which is near my home) and had to leave that store and return here ( across town from my home) to receive that service I needed and the customer focus everyone appreciates ( actually listen to my issue and find the best way to solve it without trying to upcharge or double charge me for it). I may have to travel across town, but I sincerely trust this store staff with my vehicle. I have came here for tires, brakes, and struts and haven’t had a bad experience with this store not once. Customer for life as long as this store is available. I will never go to another Tire discounter again after the horrible customer service I received from Greenwood store.

The guys were outstanding they went out of their way to help. If and when I need work done again I will look to AJ and his crew again. And I will recommend them highly to others. Good Job Crew.

Let me start with i would leave no stars but that's the only way I could leave a review. I Pulled up with a damaged tire leaking air and about to shred to piece. I get told $196 for ONE tire because that's the only one they have in stock. Well couldn't afford the tire so simply asked for Assistance removing the Tire Lock on my Jeep so i could make it to the used tire shop miles down the road. I was told NO his tech was on a two hour job he couldn't assist but Cars continue to be pulled into the bay being serviced Please make that make sense!! Customer service terrible No compassion for Humans Period! very disgusted with the experience I had with Ethan! ETHAN you should be ashamed of your self!!! Believe it or not I believe it was due to me being with a Man of Color the looks and the way I was spoken to Not Acceptable!!

African American gentleman(dont remember his name) did not do as i wanted twice. Told you i wanted my rear rotated to the front so my 2 new ones can be put in the back & both times u said alright, and i understand what you thought about that, yet i still wanted it done this way. (Rear had good threat left ) You cared more about how u thought made more sense that you did not do as i asked twice and when i told you about it after it was done your way you asked me why i again. Then i asked to please change it how we agreed on and was told that i would have to pay for new lug nuts ($5,7 ea. X10). I wouldnt of had to pay if you told them how i wanted to begin with. I literally went there because i used to trust you guys. Im the one that was paying for it the way I wanted. While i was there , another guy came back and said you guys didnt do the one thing he wanted on his truck.

I normally go to the Avon location as that's where I got my tires but this one is closer to home. Both locations have been quick and helpful.

I had a warranty alignment with this place under collision Auto Repair and I came here waiting about 2 hours. So my alignment can be fixed. My stairwell was a little off to the right when I’m driving straight so I asked him if they can make the steering wheel straight. And they say they did and the person at the front desk was a little too fast and too rude. As I’m driving it now the steering wheel is off to the left, but it drives straight. There’s a little bit of loud riding with it. I don’t know if it’s because the wheels are straight and there’s new thread being touched on the road. Since before it was kind of crooked. The steering is fine in the alignment feels great just a bit of a sound that kinda has me worrying.
Other than that, this place is great to wait and to bring your kids. They have a waiting area and coffee to drink and a lot of good specials.
