Came into the store with a tire issue. Very thankful I had road Hazzard warranty. A New Michelin Tire was ordered. Purchased a new Hazzard Warranty to cover all my Tires. Tire Discounters has their shit together. Mangers, Sales Mangers , Service technicians & wheel technicians!! I've been coming to the Plainfield Store for over 2 years now. They care about my vehicle!! Thanks Tire Discounters!!

TireDiscounters made a HUGE impression on me today following an unexpected tire emergency. The first person I met was AJ, at the front counter. And before I left, Jason, the GM, both of whom were the reasons for this review. I rely on reviews routinely and regularly write honest ones, in order to improve the experiences that customers can expect. Hands down, this was the best overall vehicle service experience I have had in the Plainfield area.
As a 75-yr old woman, it is critical to me to have trust in a brand/product/service and these folks hit the mark. I had a tire gauge indicating low pressure, which, this time of the year, was a regular event. While stopping at a drop off site, I was told, my tire looked like it was losing air, and to go the nearest tire shop. I did that to find, a dirty, unhelpful locate place where there was little help, and I left, risking a flat, knowing there was a tire shop on Perry Road. I won the roll of the dice on that one!
AJ, at the front counter was friendly, knowledgeable and made eye contact. The store was very clean, and things arranged for a comfortable wait. Knowing costs would be based on their assessment, I prepared for the potential of bad news by searching online and then asked a young male customer for advice. When AJ came to show me what was in my tire, I was surprised and relieved. When I asked how long the repair would take, he stated it was already done.
My car was finished in less than 30 minutes and there was no charge! My conversation with both AJ and Jason, the GM, was based on my gratitude to them both and assurance I would write reviews and return with my business. They assured me the employees read and appreciated them. I stated I hoped employee reviews included monetary rewards rather than just a certificate/pin/badge item as so many companies use.
It is now time, POST COVID, for Corporate entities, and franchise owners, to reward the face of their stores, who are the ones that the customers interact with and can appreciate, as much as, if not more, than the products/policies the company represent. Brand loyalty is the ultimate goal. Everyone who helps in any way to build the brand deserves a regular incentive, not just a paycheck or holiday bonus, in order to preserve the loyalty that supports the store. I will return to the Plainfield TireDiscounter store and hope to see AJ and Jason again when I have a need.

My car had issues with the EPC light and wasn't running while I was on my way to work. I stopped by and they cleared the codes and Jason was the best help ever! Highly recommend!

Unbelievable experience! Far too long since I’ve worked with an individual who knows exactly what their doing in the business. Great personality, very knowledgeable and awesome sale. I was on a business road trip. Stopped in for emergency repair but ended up buying all new tires. Sure wish this was closer to Nebraska. Would earn all my future business. We heard some rattling on our travels. We pulled in here for help. They got us in quickly and repaired a loose connection to the gas tank heat shield. We were able to get back on the road quickly. Great customer service and friendly help.
