I felt very uncomfortable when I shopped here today. The previous staff were very friendly and helpful. The white sales woman working behind the jewelry counter today had an attitude because I asked to look at different items of jewelry and her facial expressions showed it. I ask another sales woman if she would help me she stated the woman that helped me previously would help. I explained that the woman was had an attitude she laughed it off when I asked to speak with the manager she told me she was the manager then she offered to help. This used to be a nice place to shop. I won’t shop here again.

I have to drive over an hour to get to this combo TJM/HG...but it's always so worth it!
They have the biggest selection of any of the TJM I visit...and that's alot...lol .....yah I might have a problem :)

manager blk older lady with braids offered me $2.00 off a suitcase that had 2 scratches on it. when i was buying a 3 pc set plus a carry bag. less then 300.00 purchase. a 10% discount would have been a acceptable discount. but since she wanted to have a attitude and play with me. i walk out and bought nothing. you lost a sale playing with me with $2.00 off a 99.00 suitcase that already has scratches. that’s insulting. you can keep all your items.
