“Participated in an annual bus trip that my company puts together for employees to have the opportunity to go to Chicago for the day for shopping, site seeing and more. Two buses were a part of this experience and it was phenomenal! The bus driver for the bus I ride in was extremely pleasant and skilled.
Unfortunately, at the end of the trip, I left my phone behind on the bus. I immediately reached out to the driver and she replied immediately, located the phone and made it available to the bus company office so that I could pick it up! She was even willing to coordinate with me to drive it to my home. Excellent customer service!”

“My own experience with GoExpress between Indianapolis airport and Bloomington was excellent. In both directions the drivers were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was clean and had seatbelts. I always allow a ton of time when I travel so it would have been fine if there had been delays, but there weren't; I got both directions quite timely. I would definitely use the service again based on my experience.”
