They scanned an item twice and I didn’t notice until I got home. I don’t live near this Ulta and it would be over an hour drive to get there. I called the store to see if something could be done over the phone or if I could go into my local Ulta. The girl told me no I would have to come back to that store. So if I want to be refunded for their error, I need to set aside an entire day to drive up there and waste my gas. Horrible customer service. I used to be excited to go to this Ulta because it has a better selection than my local one…too bad I will never shop here again if this is the level of service I can expect.

I love the variety and the staff was nice but the pricing seemed high for some of the product, the store had isles with mounds of products thrown on the floor, and the clicking noise is overly loud and to some customers that have a brain disorder it can be very hard to shop without developing a headache or feel ill.

I had a couple errands I had to run today and I seem to run into a problem every single stop. The one place that I thought it might be a little difficult, not because of them, but because of ordering off of Afterpay. I’m not usually a ulta shopper however I came in today in search of a new cologne and when I tell you the customer service I received was beyond amazing EMILY is amazing she was super kind and patient she went above and beyond to ensure I was absolutely happy with my purchase and her knowledge on fragrance is top tier along with great suggestions cologne is not cheap and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience today thanks again.

I brought shampoo and conditioner yesterday only to realize once I got home I actually bought 2 shampoo. Came back today to return a shampoo and got the conditioner. Both are on sale currently
(jubo liter). I used my rewards card and points to purchase these and today was told I had to pay extra for the conditioner because I used my points and there is a price difference.
