I went into this location to pick up my order, as I was walking in not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help. I walked up to the order pickup area and the girls who were working just stared at me and did not ask me anything. I said I am here to pick up my order and one of the girls at the cash register said that’s cool, did not help me and the girl from the salon area had to come over and help me. I do not understand why people are not kind and when working with people know the etiquette to greeting and building rapport with customers.

I had a hair appointment and received just a text message the NIGHT before stating my hair appointment was cancelled and did not receive a phone call stating why or to even reschedule. I had this hair appointment due to having an event that evening. It came to my attention that they let 2 of their best employees go but at least the woman who does my hair had the guts to call me to let me know that she was no longer working there but Ulta could not be professional to let me know and reschedule. It also came to my attention they knew my appointment was going to be cancelled days prior. I only shopped at Ulta because of those 2 employees and will no longer be a customer. Very frustrating trying to find someone to do my hair the day of an event due to Ulta being unprofessional and lack of communication to say I am very upset is an understatement.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! There were at least 5-10 associates working and not one time did I get asked if I needed any help, UNTIL I was walking out! Even though I had been in the store at least 20 minutes in the same section!! I will definitely be going to the Avon store or ordering online!!

Could not find the brand name I was looking for nor one similar to my needed. I did purchase what was there and got good help trying to decide what I would buy instead. A lot of brand names for beauty purposes

Do not go to their salon ! I love shopping there but they butchered my hair it looks nothing like the reference photo it’s not even and they cut it way to short I also asked for curtain bangs and the lady gave me straight bangs I hate my hair so much and it was 50$ dollars for something that I could have gotten better at great clips I also felt pressured into leaving a tip even tho I just wanted to cry I just feel so ugly now . Save your money .

I usually have had great experiences with Ulta, but this is the worst location I have ever encountered. Do not recommend. Chloe Rankin provided exceptionally poor service and overcharged despite not doing some of the services she charged for as she was extremely slow. Very unprofessional demeanor. I felt very uncomfortable during my appointment. Usually I enjoy my haircuts/colors but this was not even remotely relaxing....

Love this ulta but whoever the female employee is with the big botched lips is rude . Asked a simple question where I was half ignored and didn't receive any eye contact. Didn't need her to kiss up to me either but some acknowledgment would've been nice , she's super unapproachable , oh well.

Would definitely go back, while I wish the floor staff would have asked more questions of me. New to beauty products and was a little intimidated by it. Wasn’t sure what I was looking for so just ended up buying some hair conditioner and body wash. ??♀️?️⚧️

Not going back to this ulta, I felt very racially profiled these two associates walking on the floor kept watching me and my fiance while we looked at the product one asked if we needed help and I said no; but she and another associate were still watching us from both ends of the isle. When we picked out our item and we were walking towards the register they continued to watch us. Associates really need to have unconscious bias training. The cashier was very pleasant!
