John and his staff make this the best one stop shop for all of your mailing, shipping, printing and copying needs. I personally utilize the printing and copying services the most. I email my design and they let me know as soon as its ready for pick up. I do signs, posters, name badges and everything I between. They also handle all of my shipping needs and depending on what it is I often just let them handle the packaging. They also handle all my ATT returns and Amazon returns. The customer service is top notch and the products are perfect!

Horrible excuse for a business. Disappointed they refuse to pick up phone if they are getting 'close' to closing. Door was locked prior to close and rude staff was more worried about giving up on the day than providing customer service. Employee claimed his name was Diego but seemed apprehensive to telling me. Close to shoulder length curly hair heavy set male. They know most of their business is a monopoly on returns and no one would actually use them for their own personal items. Very disappointed you can find people willing to go the extra mile or even just finish the race without giving up.

Every single employee (except for 1) is rude and acts like helping you is a major burden on them. Even the older gentleman that works there talks down to you. Last time I was in there they asked me when I was going to stop bringing in so many packages. Um excuse me? Maybe be thankful I'm choosing your company? I dread going there.

Horrible customer service. Brought items in to send back refused unless I bought their box to put the item in. The prices for their boxes are ridiculous high along with a lot of their services. I believe the manager is also the owner of this location, which isn't friendly at all. Will not return to this location. I'm all about supporting locally own places, but this one has lost my business.

It's not just the Amazon orders. Your store overall is rude to customers picking up items demanding people to tell them what's they are picking up. The overly priced service you offer to customers. You refuse to go out of your way to make yourself a true staple of the community, but let people know you are here for the community.
