One of the most inept group of delivery drivers I’ve ever come across. For FOUR days my package was supposed to arrive today. 3 hours before delivery time they change my delivery date to Thursday. My Package has been sitting in there warehouse that’s 20 minutes away from me since yesterday. Completely useless.

I returned two Amazon packages, and the service was very quick. I wanna say that I was only in and out by two minutes tops. However, I wish the workers spoke a bit more as when they handed me my receipt I was a bit confused at first

WORSE UPS LOCATION EVER!!!! They never answer the phone and the customer service here is no help what so ever!!! Stay away from this location if you can!!

They don't hold packages that are sent there to be held for up to 5 days. They refuse them unless you have a Mailbox you are paying for at that location.

Nice staff! Young man with long blonde hair helped me discover my package already had a sticky seal on it so didn't need tape and he was polite when he informed me the package was for FedEx and gave me directions to the closest FedEx store

Spoke with John and he was great! Our son left his stuffed animal at a hotel in Indianapolis and the lady at the front desk brought it to a UPS close to her home. John is helping it get shipped back to us. Wonderful experience!

If I could 0 stars I would! My son returned 4 things for me and I always print out the codes so it's easier on the workers. He came back saying they said I need a box or I'd be charged 19.00. Also, they scanned one of the items wrong. Just watch returning Amazon items.. apparently they can't take the time to read the description on the codes!

The UPS store in Plainfield is the best! Those guys are always happy, friendly, and helpful. They make me not dread those last minute errands late in the day.

Came into the store and there were other customers in front of me, the gentleman at the counter was extremely nice and helpful! It went really smoothly. He was able to multi task and help other customers!

Every time I place an order at this store they are very quick to have it ready and are always pleasant to speak with! Also a big shout out to John DeLoughery for responding to requests quickly and being very generous.
