The carrier attached to this branch has put my package key in the wrong apartment locker TWICE now. $100+ items each time. If you can't put something in the right locker just put it at my door way this point. Ridiculous.

I was sending a small package to my daughter who is in the Navy. The postal worker named Amy was so rude and hateful to me. I tried my hardest to be kind and say please and thank you, because I’ve never mailed anything to a Navy base and did not know what I was doing. Not sure if anybody has had to do this before but mailing to military bases is not like anything else, and is very confusing. My daughter is just a teenager so we are very new to this process. So it would be nice for the people who work at this establishment to be a little bit more kind to the parents of the children serving for their country.

I've never had a problem in the last 26 years I've been coming to my local post office Always friendly and helpful. HOWEVER..... there's been numerous times I've seen people chew the postal workers out for something the customer themselves have done wrong. They've ALWAYS handed it with professionalism.

I used the self service kiosk, but didn't think the sticker would keep my package closed. I simply asked the clerk for a piece of tape and her reaction was less than friendly. She didn't say anything but it was her reaction. I'm sorry to bother for a simple piece of tape, I did the rest of the work myself... Next time I'll go to the UPS store. They're friendlier and don't mind giving out tape. 🤦♀️

If hot dog water could be a post office it would be this one. 0 out of 5. Only use if you are desperate...

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend anybody going there.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at the USPS. I had an interaction with an employee named Keisha, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice at me, even though I remained calm throughout our conversation. At one point, she even threatened to call the police on me, which was completely unwarranted.
Keisha, if you are reading this, I urge you to reconsider your career in customer service if you cannot treat customers with respect. You sure know how to make someone have a bad start to their day. If you’re hurt, please use your PTO and get the help you need. There is no need to project your anger or whatever emotion it is onto another person.
I do not feel safe giving her my or any address because I was threatened by her.
USPS, you need to do a better job with your hiring. This experience is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your organization.

Amy is extremely rude. She scoffed at me when I asked her about the price of stamps, and she expects me to know that for a large size envelope, the stamp is $2. Amy, I don't work at the post office like you do. As a tax payer, I along with others pay for your wage, so don't show me an attitude when I am asking you a question. Ridiculous.

Karen at this post office is very rude. She acts like she will look for things and tell you it’s not in the building even when my tracking says “ready for pickup” . This has gone on for well over a year. This is ridiculous, and it’s a service I pay for on my shippers end.

I guess they're all the same. I left the speedway post office in mid sentence because they were incredibly rude and disrespectful when I had a simple question, so then I went to Plainfield and was treated just as terribly.

This post office sucks, the main register lady Karen I think her name is has the worst attitude. Always wants to lie about what the tracking says even on items I’m vigilantly tracking and know it’s in the building and doesn’t want to get it. This is like the 9th time now I have a package marked as ready to pickup and she will say it’s not here. 2 times she’s caught me getting in my car saying here it is here it is. I choose to have these packages held as I live in an apartment is that so hard to understand?
