I love Ivy & Hank!! They are so friendly and kind. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them. She did my wedding nails and did an amazing job with them! They are the only ones I go to because unlike so many others, they don’t take forever to get your nails and toes done right! Before you write them off from the other reviews, give them a shot to make your own decision. I won’t go anywhere else!!

Quality is very poor. Prices are not transparent. The place Do NOT have a pricelist and charges exorbitantly and gauge you. their CC machine is down and they expect you to pay cash and overcharge. Do NOT go. You’ll be sorryServices: Pedicure

Had an old overlay removed. Needed a new overlay and gel polish. Charged me $75. I have never been charged that much to have my nails done. I was expecting around $50 like at any other nail salon in my area

Just moving here and looking for a new nail salon. They charged a basic ped with gel for 60$. The man is really take time on taking old gel off. But only rubbing my calfs (with both calfs at same time) for less than 5'. My heals are still ruff and gel polish are run to the side. No wonder they have no business. What a terrible experience! Not a recommended place to go

I always have the best experience when i come to vivi spa nails! They always do my nails absolutely perfect to the picture or make them look even better! 10/10 recommend!

If I could rate this business a '0' I would. I took my granddaughters for a fill and black painted tips. A basic fill was $50 then add $ for cut down, add $ color tip ect. Total for a basic fill in was $70. We found out AFTER THEY STARTED !!!!! On-line a fill was listed $37.00. I have NEVER paid $50 for a basic fill. Then I heard them tell the next customer a full set of white tips would be $60. $50 for a fill and $60 for a full set makes no sense! No wonder the shop was empty! I ended up paying $40 for an unfinished fill and went to another salon. Get the price verbally! Rude! Not professional! I have never walked out of a nail salon so frustrated!!!Service: Manicures
