My car was damaged in this car wash and the owners took a very defensive stance and basically told me I was out of luck, even though their cameras clearly show that the damage occurred inside the wash.
Very disappointed, just got the car and this was only my 2nd car wash.

It is one of the very best car washes i have gone to in my life. The customer service and employees are very nice, making the experience 10x better. The wash itself is AMAZING. They have cleaned my car so well that i don’t even feel like driving it and getting it dirty again. I just bought the membership and it’s a life changer. It makes it so much easier and i would 100% recommend you to buy the membership. I have been coming for a year and i have noticed a huge number of improvements. The owner is always involved, making the wash better and is very nice if you ever meet him.
I can’t stop mentioning the quality of this wash, It leaves my car shining every time with amazing consistency. Even though i have been coming for a year i have never had a bad experience and i would give this wash 10 out of 10 stars. I really hope you guys decide to come to this wash and enjoy some amazing cleaning.
Overall this is one of the best washes i have been to and i would definitely recommend this to everyone.

I had a coupon for a free wash so I decided to try them out before getting the membership option. Unfortunately, my license plate bent; a special, personalized plate that I really like. Never in my 4 years of owning the car and plate has that happened. Disappointed to say the least, will not be back or purchasing a membership.

Best carwash I have ever been to very helpful, Kyle dunivent helped me clean my truck out before the wash didn’t make me do it my self and even upgraded my wash great place 10/10 would recommend

I’ve been a member of vivid since it opened. I believe the quality of washes were really good at first, but they have gradually gotten worse. I’ve noticed that some of the soap dispensers from above are not dispensing soap, and my car comes out dirty each time. I am considering changing to another option. It’s unfortunate because it’s a great location.

I received a call from the owner to correct errors made by previous managers, and I was impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and understanding. I would highly recommended this car wash.
