This place of business Main focus is to make money. Everything you need seems like it has to be ordered or they don't have it. This Walgreens on EAST MAIN STREET is the worst pharmacy this community has seen. At least the competition across the street(CVS) is always right on time, and take care of you.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never have a Pharmacist on duty. Prescriptions never get filled because no one is in the Pharmacy. It's a crap shoot when you go to pick a prescription as well. The pharmacy may be open or it maybe closed. Do yourself a favor. Move all your prescriptions over to Meijer on Dan Jones. Open 7 days a week with great service. Walgreens is a joke.

This location was short stuff for some time now. Now I can understand way. The management treats their staff poorly. I have witness this sup treat his employees poorly by being rude and hateful to the cashiers. I’ve seen those cashiers leave for good cause. Last night I had the pleasure of dealing with this person, I can honestly say this person is rude and a idiot. If this location does not charge their management soon. I can see this location closing. I will be going to another pharmacy.

Getting your prescription from this location is a MAJOR pain in the a***** I get that there's a great resignation going on in this country and that's affecting thousands upon thousands of businesses across the country. However, in the case of Walgreen's in Plainfield, it's an absolute embarrassment and disgrace. I go to get my place in the drive thru, I kid you not, I'm there for a solid 90 minutes. Once you FINALLY make it to the window, you have an interaction with a very grumpy, extremely vain, & rude pharmacist who makes it clear that they're having a bad day and they want nothing to do with you at all. I can't believe this place, and if I'm being honest, I do hope this place closes. Enough is enough, CVS is getting my business from now on...

After some research by my wife, she found this was the nearest location for us to receive our booster shot for Covid 19 and although the processes was a little confusing because we had three insurance companies for the pharm tech to sort through, She managed to keep the line moving. When it was time to get our shots, we were able to get our booster AND our Flu shot in a single injection which was very convenient. Like a lot of places these days, it seems they could use a bit more help around lunch hour when demand is high. Review #3979

Literally only about the pharmacy. The store staff is great. I pulled up to the pharmacy window BEFORE their lunch break and they stuck their off duty sign in the window without a word while I was sitting there. This is not the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy either. It's usually just not filling prescriptions and blaming it on the doctor or flat out lying about it to being some of the rudest staff I've encounte

Stopped by after work. Needed help finding the stuff on my list. Had an accident at work and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend going to this location and thank you to the employees who helped me.

As I'm reading the other reviews on here, it makes me a little concerned about their pharmacy. However, I have seen how busy their pharmacy gets. With so many people being sick, a little patience with the pharmacy staff can go a long way, as they are just humans like us, trying to do their best. Anyways, I've been in here a couple of times. Always super clean. I used their photo pickup a couple of times too and they are always super fast and friendly. I have no reason not to give them 5 stars, great job Plainfield Walgreens!

It is ridiculous that after prescription was sent in to pharmacy by the doctor, gave them over an hour to fill prescription, it's been over an hour and it is still not ready. Initially went to drive up. There ccx was a pick up already waiting. 30 minutes later no movement. Went inside and still waiting. If you are going to run a drive up window, and a inside the store pick up, maybe hire enough to cover both. Highly considering move to a new pharmacy. Walgreens went from being t shirt e best place to the worst. Used to be 24 hour pharmacy now I'm not sure they have staff to operate their new hours.

I am done with Walgreen's in Plainfield, Indiana. We have purchased our prescriptions from Walgreen's for decades! This pharmacy is the absolute worst! If they had a clue, they would be dangerous! Disorganized, rude, and whatever they are doing or talking about is always more important than getting you your prescriptions. Three different times now, they have told me my doctor did not call a prescription in, only to find out he did, and the staff was too lazy to check its facsimile or voicemail! Done with them. Will take my business elsewhere!

I sent some photos over via my phone to be printed. 3 were supposed to be 8x10, 2 out of the 3 were messed up. It was a technology issue. They were kind enough to fix the images in their system and reprint them the way the pics were originally supposed to look. They let me keep both (you could cut at least one 5í—7 from the wrong prints) and did not charge me for the others!

I've had 3 bad experiences at this place. I have kids and when they get sick with an earache or something else they need medication ASAP. This isn't the standard refill a prescription. Anyone knows with kids if they're sick how grumpy and miserable they can be. The staff always seems to not care when asked to fill a prescription ASAP and they tell you it's going to be a least a half an hour. I will not use Walgreens pharmacy again! I will go across the parking lot to another pharmacy.

I have never written about a drug store before, but I felt a need to write this one. Walgreens is a nationwide drug store. It sells drugs, cosmetics/beauty products and it is a convenience store. I have never been to this particular store as I am from California. This place is beautiful and is on a corner lot. The place is well organized and clean. I came here the other day to pick up a prescription my brother's surgeon had called in. My brother just had surgery few days ago and was in terrible pain. I initially called in to make sure the prescription was there and inquire when it will be ready. I was told over the phone on the pick up time. I went in to pick it up and the person, behind the counter was beyond rude. She not only can't apology for the fact they were not ready, but informed me that I had to wait one more hour. I was upset as my brother was left home alone without help and it was their mistake. I kindly informed her in my "ever sweet voice". Please get it ready now, it is not my fault you are not ready. I already called and you told me what time to come in. She sarcastically tells me "I will try to get it ready. We are busy". Anyways, it was not a pleasant experience. I don't appreciate her lack of professionalism. I hope it is just an one time event. As any customers, we can take our business elsewhere
