This has been my go-to grocery shopping location for over a year now. There are plenty of options and variety of items even though it's a small store. The super Walmart is too big and chaotic for me, and the excessive number of choises is anxiety inducing, so this one is perfect!
The staff has always been kind and helpful whenever I've needed anything, and they've never said anything rude or judgemental about my very particular way I bag my groceries. I got a weird look one time from one gal, but that's it. There have been several times where I'm finishing loading my groceries into the car and the peraon collecting carts offers to take mine for me. This is especially appreciated when I'm in a lot of pain. I have also seen the way the staff interacts with individuals who have higher support needs than me, and they are always kind, supportive, and understanding 💕 The pharmacy staff is amazing as well. Any time I've had an issue with anything, they've dome everything they can to help me get it figured out.

Do not let them load your car if you are picking up groceries. They will set the Blue baskets on your paint leaving deap scratches and blue marks. Management will promise you they will take care of it. After months you will receive a letter saying after the investigation they are not at fault. Funny how the walmart employee loading the car admits to doing it but they are not at fault. Your employees damage customers cars yes it is your responsibility. But what else do you expect from Walmart.

Don’t use their pick up services. They’ll set their baskets on your car and damage it and then deny the claims stating they are not at fault. Their blue baskets left blue marks in my paint and scratches on my car but they’re claiming they aren’t at fault.

We live in Plainfield and really find this store location convenient and staff helpful. This store seems clean and organized compared to the full size Walmart in town. Too much riff-raff at the big Walmart.

I shop here often and I put this store at the very top of my favorites. The employees yes even though they gather up the front at times they know how to handle customers. One customer Jacques was absolutely delightful and kind, genuine, and made the whole visit better. I also met Jeremy, and he’s the true definition of different in the best way, one of a kind. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, thoughtful, and just easy to be around. This Walmart has a team that makes you feel welcome the second you walk in! That’s just my opinion though.

Kya is one of the most hardest workers ever. She was able to get bread for me off the top shelf after climbing 3 story’s of shelves. Height don’t matter to her #shortqueen #bustybread☺️☺️☺️

I would like to add to Lilly Woods comment. I have also had the opportunity to talk with Shelley. I am also the Mom to a special needs daughter. Shelley knows the struggle I have with time to go to the grocery store. Shelley is always helpful with showing me where things are in the store since the remodeling and helps me complete my shopping quickly. In this world where good customer service is hard to find it's good to know there are still good people like Shelley.

Oh my goodness I was shopping for groceries here and I had the sweetest nicest Friendliest staff member named Shelley help me even though she doesn't get paid enough to make it pay check to pay check and is a single mother to a severely special needs daughter she doesn't let that stop her from spreading her kindness to others and helping others as they need it and has always been in a good mood and Patient with every one around her I am so impressed and lucky to of found a store that has such a kind hearted staff member and I will be shopping here more often and hope to see her again and iam looking forward to having her there to help and to have a friendly staff member there to talk to as I am checking out and to feel comfortable to ask for help when I need it thank you so much for all you do Shelley the world needs more people like you
