I hate that they closed the Castleton store, but it's really nice to know that the folks here are kind and that makes the trip to Plainfield worth it.

“The players wish that they had a better selection of pants. A lot of jeans, a lot of sweats but no actual lightweight pants in the men's section. Just athletic wear but the selection of shoes has increased here. Tenfold. Allowing for the purchase of better quality shoes! The home and garden section is amazing as well. They always have a huge selection of clearance but be prepared to go through it with a fine tooth comb LOL. You're going to find a bargain here. Kohl's cash is a definite repeat hook!”
“This store had everything I was looking for in stock, even the clearance items! I got 2 pair of jeans, a pair of leggings, a pair of tweed dress leggings and a pair of shoes that I wasn't expecting to get!Staff was friendly and super helpful ☺️ I also got a pair of shoes which were also in stock which never happens for me at regular stores!!! “All of the staff were friendly and great, but they kept bringing me SO MUCH to try on. So I got a little overwhelmed and left. I originally went in for a top and they gave me several pair of pants, like 20 tops, then they started bringing me shoes to try on and to me it just felt a little pushy. I said okay to the jeans so I could see the full outfit but the shoes they just brought. And for someone who doesn’t go out and shop often it was just an overwhelming experience. Too many choices, too many people bringing me stuff, and just too many options. The lady that was helping me was really nice and she mentioned that she was newer, and honestly, she was better than anyone. It was the veteran workers that were super pushy and overwhelming. I could’ve set better boundaries though so I’m still writing them a good review. It was a clean store and like I said the staff were nice. But if you don’t want them to bring you a lot to try on just set boundaries from the beginning or tell them no thank you.”

“Just wanted to share my experience at Simply Chic today. What an amazing team! Simply Chic should be so proud of their honest, hard-working employees. While taking 3 totes of clothes & wallets today, I inadvertently left cash in one of the wallets. When I arrived at the store for pick-up, Michelle handed me the money she found inside. Every single dollar, the entire amount! Then, after arriving home, Michelle found a personal message notecard and gift card also tucked inside the same wallet and personally called me to let me know! The honesty and professionalism Michelle exhibited today is beyond belief. What a wonderful, honest person Michelle is. Simply Chic should be honored and proud to have Michelle on their team.
