I brought my car to the dealership for a simple alignment, and the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. After the first visit, the car drove straight, but the steering wheel was noticeably off-center—tilted to the right.
I returned for a second appointment, where the car stayed at the dealership all day. Unfortunately, they did not fix the issue. The steering wheel is still off, even though the vehicle tracks straight.
When I spoke with Noah, the service advisor, he told me there wasn’t much they could do unless I brought the car back again for further inspection—and that it would cost an additional $195. The car only has 32,000 miles, and I expected better service and results from a certified dealership.
At this point, I feel like I paid for an alignment that wasn’t fully completed. Very disappointed with the outcome and lack of accountability.

Was told if we made an appointment that the wait would be shorter than if we just showed up, so we made an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and it took them over 2 hours, TO DO AN OIL CHANGE!! Ridiculous!!! Never going back for service!

Dealership experience was fine. Corporate experience was not satisfactory at all. I have since decided to sell the Jeep and purchase a new Chevy Truck.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. We were buying a used car but there was no way to tell that by the attention we were getting. Everyone at York was very courteous and responsive to all of our concerns. Lots of thanks to Paul in sales and Diane, Cathy, Chris and Bryan in management for making this a very easy purchase!
