“A month ago I needed to deliver a package to Tennessee. Although, the expected arrival was three days, I expected up to two weeks delay after reading the Google reviews. To my surprise (and delight) the package was delivered on time!A couple days ago, I received a package. The postal worker told me the address was wrong, but he recognized the names were correct for our address. Instead of returning them, he brought them anyway. Thanks to him, I was able to avoid extra steps to get my packages and inform the sender that their was a typo to omit future problems. Additionally, the staff are friendly.”
“Well I'm finally writing a review after probably 4 different run in with the same worker, she is a younger girl and isn't very helpful, I remember needing tape once and she acted like the post office would go bankrupt if she let me use it, but seems every time I see her I dread going in because when the lady works that has been there a long time is always very happy and very helpful, this young girl needs to pep it up a little and not act like we are bothering her which is how I feel every time she waits on me. And according to another customer as we walked out the door she agreed with me, so it's not just my own thoughts.”
“We have lived in pleasant lake for 28 years and have always appreciated our little post office. We have ALWAYS received fast..friendly and helpful service. Once the cutbacks came, I was afraid the service would falter, but the opposite is true. While I wish we could have full day service, I must tell you that our current Postmaster has kept the same high standards of service and friendliness that many might take for granted. For instance, over the last few days I have stopped by just after hours to mail a bill. Our postmaster was already out the door and ready to call it a day. With a smile and sincerity she offered to get my outgoing placed inside the post office..which hastened my mail by the entire weekend. She has on several occasions been helpful beyond expectations.. Thank you for all you do..”
