“I called Advanced Auto Parts after discovering I need Dex Cool coolant for my vehicle. I thought it was a name brand. The guy at AAP explained it is designed for GM vehicles. Anyway, just glad I checked my vehicle owner’s manual before putting the off brand into my vehicle. Close call!”

“My husband and I were traveling from Boston to LA and broke down near shop. They diagnosed the car and got our part shipped in overnight delivery. Doug the owner dropped us off personally to hotel and had his daughter pick us up, they gave us water and got us on the road the next day. Jim the mechanic did everything possible to make sure they diagnosed the cause of the breakdown and tried to make sure we didn’t overpay.
