I placed a floral order to be picked up last Saturday. Ordered 3 days in advance. arrived to pick them up and was told they were not done, the floral person was out. The person could not or would not fill my order and no one called to say the order would not be ready. Ruined a special birthday celebration.

make sure you read your bill when your online shopping and you go to the store to pick it up they are known to overcharge you when you go into customer service to bring it to their attention they tell you a total different price then what is supposed to be charged you end up to call corporate to get the issued resolved.and they're also starting to use used bags to put your groceries in

I was In Plymouth doing other things and needed some food items for my Thanksgiving dinner Tom at my daughter Ryan Dille at 1 pm in rochester . You're Ham on sale...oh my gosh ! what a deal saving on this spiral sliced ham .. $1,99.lb what a great cost.. and my yams so close to my spiral ham .. you are a food saving cost for me today . and its appreciated Kroger's for you're $ you saved my family tomorrow . We will have a great dinner Thank you

It's one of the many Krogers I work at. I've been to this one many times. But Dec. 20 my locked van was professionally broken into, and my large toolbox with ALL of my tools AND my company laptop was stolen, and replaced with cigarette smoke. That's more crime than I've experienced in Chicago's two worst neighborhoods. Why is this a review for the store? They didn't have a security camera watching the parking lot!

They refuse to fix their system so TCU cards can have the option to run as credit not just debit, so people can earn their rebate money from TCU. I even called into their customer care line and got no help WHATSOEVER. Sad that they’re not willing to let customers make their money work for them and they’re only worried about paying charge card fees. They just lost a faithful 30+ year customer.
