The room was dirty, bathroom sinks not cleaned, the duvet on the bed looked as if it hadn’t been washed….ever. Says they have vending machines for snacks, they don’t, only an area downstairs near reception that was completely empty. In the morning we attended breakfast, everything was empty and had to ask for the receptionist (who was on a FaceTime call, with no one checking in or out) to refill things. This was mid breakfast 8am!! The breakfast area needed cleaned as well. Definitely do not recommend staying unless you’re desperate. Needs major maintenance and someone who cares.

We were very disappointed in our experience with our one night stay at the Comfort Suites. The staff shared the hotel was just sold a few days prior and the employees were excited about the prospects of the new owners fixing up the hotel. We recommend not staying here until it is renovated. The best part of our stay was that the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large with a separate sitting area that included a small refrigerator and microwave. At check-in we were told the pool was cold and the hot tub was broken. We did have issues with the room lock not locking but after playing with it we felt satisfied we got the lock to work. When we entered our room we could immediately see the curtains were partially hanging off the track, the closet door was broken off its track, the closet shelf was U shaped and not strong enough to support any weight, and the couch was torn and very worn.We found the shower faucet handle continuously falling off, the toilet seat cover was broken off just sitting on top of the toilet, the faucets were tarnished, there was significant dirt stains on the fan and around the door handle on the door, loose floor tiles and the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner on the counter were half used.Monitor the status of any renovation when booking your next stay. There are options in the area.

Dirty, old, and rundown. Rooms look like they haven't been thoroughly cleaned since Indy won the super bowl. I'm scared to touch anything in my room.

It looked like they was remodeling or something. The frig in my room The temp thing was broke one of the lights didn't work you could tell they fixed thing but not very good my bathroom door wouldn't close very well. They weren't quite when cleaning the rooms. There "marketplace" was empty I had to have my key reprogrammed for the room when I was staying 2 nights

This place was filthy and un maintained. The jacuzzi was growing mold and the water was green. There were Broken lamp shades in the room. Missing light covers, cum stains all over the couch, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and the one on the first floor was flooding the room because of some unfixed leak. This felt like a rent by the hour establishment.. the poor woman at the desk was doing her best to be polite and accommodate regardless of how low class the owners keep this placeRooms: Trashy and unkept. Ide be surprised if I come out without a parasite infection.

Do not stay here, unless you absolutely need a roof over your head and bug bites.First room I was given was obviously not cleaned. Dirty, wet towels littered the bathroom; bed sheets were disheveled; and trash on all table surfaces. The desk staff were great and swapped me rooms easily enough. But the second room… oh dear gawd. I walked in and I was shocked by the state of what I was seeing. Broken counter tops with jagged edges, light fixture hanging from the ceiling, holes in the wall, and more. But none of that prepared me for walking in on the other guests in the room - fleas.I don’t even care if I left anything behind as I ran from this hotel.

We had no power at the house. Needed a place to stay. The front desk clerk was amazing, she did her best to accommodate and moved us to two different rooms. First and second room were absolutely horrible. Smelled. Toilets, tubs, AND beds had body hair EVERYWHERE. Pillow cases had makeup. Floors weren’t vacuumed. What’s going on? A lamp was missing a shade. There was no number outside the door in the hallway. Management, WAKE UP!!!!! Train your housekeepers, and work on your hotel. This was very sad. Had to pack up and leave at 9pm and go to Holiday Inn Express. We won’t be back. ??????

This place was disgusting. I get its a small town kind of spot, but would not recommend staying here.Coming in the front looks nice on the outside & in the lobby, but then you get to the rooms & they were filthy. Used toilet paper, tissues, peoples hair everywhere. Bath tub was filthy, did not want to use the shower. The breakfast they served in the morning was really questionable. Tasted off.The pool & hot tub both had like a sandy/mildew gunk in it, and an off color.Says they have a no pet policy, but we had a little dog across the way from our room barking the entire morning.Coming to make my own review, I seen a lot of people mentioning they have a serious bed bug issue as well.I didnt see any myself, but also wasn't flipping over the mattress to look.Don't waste your $.

The location is great. Room stinks and is outdated. No sheets or bedding for extra bed. The pool is green and has sand and algae, the hot tub is cold, and it doesn't work. Breakfast is not great either. Stick to the waffles.

Do not stay in the Comfort Inn Plymouth IN. Lobby was nice but our room had a bad smell, refrigerator not working with rancid food and the tv was broken. Did not receive a bill at the desk and our credit card had an additional charge of $100 for a blanket we DID NOT TAKE! Called several times and the manager never called back. Very poor housekeeping! Would never stay there again.Do not stay in the Comfort Inn Plymouth IN. Lobby was nice but our room had a bad smell, refrigerator not working with rancid food and the tv was broken. If I could I would do ZERO stars, save your money this place was absolutely DISGUSTING. It was better to sleep in your car. I will NEVER be back.I normally don't like to leave reviews but this was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. I ended up booking 2 different rooms and they were both absolutely filthy. I walked into the first room and was shocked to find the lightswitch, floors, and bathroom were filthy. Then the pillows didnt even have pillow cases, plus the sheets were still dirty.I was hoping that the second room would be better for the others staying with me, boy was I wrong. In our second room, we walk in and I about walked right back out. The bedroom pillows were stained, there was some sort of debris left on our sheets. The walls were filthy, and the bathroom was it's own set of horrors. The vanity was cracked an inch apart right by the sink. Our sink was broken and there was sewage backed up into it. We tried to drain our sink and the pipe underneath was broken and started to leak sewage onto the floor. We got moved rooms, and it only got slightly better. They were clearly trying to put a bandaid on a crack in the dam. They had tryed to paint over stains on the wall, our beds were once again covered in random debris. The floors felt like I was on glue traps. So overall, I will never ever book this hotel again, and I was not treated well when I brought up my concerns at the desk or the a Comfort Suites representative.

I’ll start with the worst of our experience: the breakfast. Everything thing that I tried to eat was either stale or outright rancid. The honey had turned into some kind of sour smelling black tar, the muffins were 2 or 3 days stale, the waffle mix was soured, the “hot” water was tepid, and there was no butter. It is genuinely a health hazard. The only safe thing we found were the apples.Rooms are fine enough for a 2 star hotel, still there is staining everywhere and what looks like a dried mucous on a picture frame and the shower curtains look unwashed as there’s mascara all over them. They’re also very stingy about how many towels you get, so if there’s more than one of you staying then ask for more. Same with toiletries. There is no service to speak of other than the front desk, nothing to say there. This is not a reflection on comfort suites as a whole. I’ve stayed at many and they are all and all great, however Plymouth’s needs overhauled or shutdown. It’s disgusting.Rooms: Stains from makeup and blood, dry mucous, toilet residue, and the finishings are rough.Safety: Food safety is a joke here. Everything is stale or rancid.Food & drinks: Food safety is a joke here. Everything is stale or rancid.
