I’ve been using CVS in Plymouth for over 2 years now because my insurance isn’t accepted at Walgreens. I have had rude pharmacists judge me based on my appearance and prescriptions and choose not to fill those medications at all or not even a day early( all meds can be picked up 48 hours within the script time window). I work in recovery full time and have been off all controlled substances for a number of years besides my anxiety medication. They asked my wife to BRING BACK AN OPEN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE when the wrong MG was written. This morning I get an alert that my medication is ready for refill but they reversed it and made me wait another day not because they weren’t allowed to fill it but because they chose not to. This happens every month. My pharmacist is not my doctor and should have no say when or what meds I’m on. If they wanted to be doctors or drug police they should’ve gone to school for that.

At Plymouth Indiana CVS. This parking lot needs redone. People nearly backing up into other cars. the spaces are not thought out better for parking and getting through the drive up window safely.

The pharmacy staff have always went as they say, above and beyond. No matter what I need, or want or ask about the staff will always take the time too ensure I’m happy when I leave. They provide answers and guidance on new medications, and help find OTC products that can be cheaper and just as good as name brand products. I won’t mention the other neighborhood pharmacies I have utilized, but CVS is overwhelmingly the BEST

Because of their distributor issues, They've not had my pain meds in 3 mths. Forcing me to have to change pharmacies. Maybe if they went thru their regular people and counted what's needed they'd at least save what they get in for the reg customers.

Never had any issues with this CVS pharmacy. I have seen them swamped with people before and seemed to do a good job handling it. I have not seen the rudness but I have seen the hohumness of the people working here but I have seen them interact with people and I can't say it was negative. I have no problem going there and they were helpful to me.

Service was polite even though they could have called to say there will be a 2-3 day delay in providing the item to fill the script written by the doctor.uThis store is the only one available to local people without having to drive to another town 25 miles away. So convenience is a plus.Usually have items on shelves comparable to a brand purchased elsewhere.
