“I have been to gyms/ health clubs all over the country.I have found Life Plex in Plymouth to be a great gym. It has everything I need and want.I spend anywhere from two to two in a half hours there in early morning.While it is true that sometimes a piece of equipment may be out of order. That happens in every gym. Anything man made is subject to break down from time to time. I found Life Plex to address those issues asap when that does happen.The staff (all) the staff are kind, professional and very sociable from the very top on down.I can only suggest people go in and see for themselves. The staff will be happy to assist you and if I remember correctly they gave me a free day pass to try the gym out.??”

“I had a black membership for a while which is great to use but it wasn't great for me because I'm not able to go to the gym as much but it's an awesome membership. I just had to cancel it and the employees were really great with helping me do that and figure out how to get it all canceled. Christopher Good was the one that helped me and he was awesome throughout the entire process. In all it's a great gym to go to the staff are always wonderful!”
