The pharmacy quit accepting GoodRX and started promoting their own payRX card. They still honor the last GoodRX price they gave but new prescriptions are not offered GoodRx pricing. Also interesting how this plymouth store removed their store google account maybe because of the bad reviews they were getting as a store. Other than that I only shop the sales here.

If I could I would leave them no stars! When you need to know if your medication is ready to be picked up they don't ever answer the phone!!! so you have to drive all the way there and then you waste gas when they tell you your medicine won't be ready until tomorrow! When they could fix that problem and start answering their phones!! When gas prices are not cheap! Right now! I won't be using this place no more!

My Dr.'s office called in an Rx for a pain medication for my very painful foot condition around 11 AM this past Friday morning. Went to this Kroger pharmacy around 5 PM the same day only to wait in line for roughly 45 minutes just to be told they hadn't had time to get my Rx ready all day due to being "backed up" that day. Asked for a wait time, was told I could not be given one & that all they could do was promise it would be ready to pick up on Monday. So I had to go the entire weekend with a very painful foot just because they were too busy & unable to get my Rx ready. This is simply unacceptable service. We will be changing pharmacys & reccomending others do the same unless you like long periods of waiting in line just to be informed yiur Rx is not even ready when there has been more than ample time to do so.UPDATE: My wife stopped by Monday morning at 11:30 & tried to pick up my rx. It was STILL not ready! Pharmacy staff was rude when she asked why it still was not ready when we had been told Friday night it would be ready for pick up on Monday (no time was mentioned). My wife was only told she would have to wait 30-45 minutes. My wife has since filed a complaint with Kroger's corporate office.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Called in prescription refills over the weekend. On Thursday, I finally got someone to answer the phone after over 30 rings and was told it SHOULD be here on Friday after 3 p.m. It was being shipped in. Guess what...at 3:30 on Friday and after waiting in line over 20 minutes...the prescriptions were still not there and I was told, I could come back and they would now fill them there!!!! Really...why didn't they do that in the first place. Now I have to drive back and waste my time and gas. I'm really rethinking having my prescriptions finally pulled from this place. This has happened way too often at this place.

Anna (older lady) was great and had a great attitude! Felt so bad they didn’t have enough help to do check out lines or bags! Kylie is always great and Karen! We’ve had one bad gentleman (the Marshall).

This is one of the hardest Krogers to deal with that I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been getting my medication here since August 2021 and the pharmacy wait is usually about 10 people and 20-25 minutes. I’m not kidding. It can be up to 15 people sometimes waiting in line. The money center/customer service counter is almost never open. Maybe one out of 25 times that I’ve been there could I cash a check. And now they’re closing an hour early even with their already reduced hours. It’s weird, it’s almost like they’re like half out of business but just still leave it open to the public.

OMG!!! The worst wait ever!!! Your lucky if they pick up a phone because they don't just refill your medication, you have to actually call in and make sure they have it ready and your luck if it's ready that same day. I'm going to transfer over to Walgreens or CVS :-(

Love the staff here. Megan is always a sweetheart. Michelle is incredibly knowledgable and both go above and beyond what they are called to do. I watched the poor Pharmacy Technician get verbally assaulted tonight and I was amazed at how well she handled it. I dont think I would have taken it as well as she did. Thank you for all that you ladies do. Keep your head up and disregard any negativity thrown at you.

The pharmacy technicians are mostly friendly and helpful however I’ve never had a pleasant interaction with the female pharmacist there. She ALWAYS acts as if it’s a bother to answer any questions. I’m a nurse and have worked with many pharmacists in my day. Never have I been around a pharmacist so unhappy with her job. Customer service is part of healthcare. If you aren’t happy assisting your patients I suggest a nighttime stocking position.
