He didn't want to "waste our time," by telling me straight up what an unlimited plan will cost, but had to check to make sure my phone was unlocked for other carriers, (I'd told him that it is & that I own it), & 1 or 2 other things. Turns out, all that was a waste of time because Verizon's lowest cost plan is more than twice what I'm paying now (& very happy with).”
