These people are crooks. They charged my mom $300 to put in a 1 TB Solid State Drive in a old decrepit computer that really only needed to be cleaned up of viruses. They took advantage of an elderly lady who had no idea what they were talking about and only uses a computer for email. They never should have even suggested such a thing to her. I cannot fathom how people like this can sleep at night. Disgusting!!

Really appreciate their kindness to tech doofs like me!? They were not able to help much with my Chromebook, but maybe now they have the training for them. Everything else was great! They keep Hubbies old dinosaur running - how, l do not comprehend!Someone else reported issues with repair prices doubling. Give PC Source a budget and they will not cross it without contacting you. Tech can be full of unseen issues. They will respect your parameters.Really nice guys!

Called in in the morning to inquire about whether or not they have the connectors I needed in stock, they did and set it aside for me and I was able to go pick it up after work. Knowledgeable courteous staff!

my HP touchscreen laptop screen was smashed. these guys replaced it fast and at a fair price. Both techs were knowledgeable. I normally do my own repairs on my PCs but I don't care to work on laptops.They did a good job.
