If you purchase a warranty part, it must be exchanged at this location and this location only. This is not in any way comparable to a box store where you can go to another location and have options. The 1-800/online/in-store all operate as separate entities.Parts are not tested, my two young kids and I were stranded for hours without being able to do anything. The stores hours further complicated things.Thank you AutoZone for having the part on hand, being open late and giving me a warranty with several locations to service me better. Napas employees are not as helpful, friendly or knowledgeable and I will not be returning to this store.

This is the most difficult place to work with. If you purchase something online or at another Napa store they cannot help you. The employees are rude and their deals are not that great. This store shows its age with their processes and I don’t understand how they can compete with the other big box stores.Edit: The employees were rude at the store, and I was told I could not do my return without a manager. The manager was out making a delivery. Why would you not send a cashier to make a delivery but your manager if the employees are not empowered to fully help a customer? I was then given a hard time from the rude associate who was refusing to give me a core refund back due to the part being defective. She was not professional and combative towards me the whole time I was in your store. Then when the manager finally returned. He helped someone else with a purchase and made me wait in line yet again.As for the phone calls I am glad they are recorded so you can hear the unhelpful mess your company creates during returns and exchanges. Thank you for your reply it further iterates that the owner is just as unhelpful as the employees at this location. I will gladly not return to this store or any Napa for that matter. Have a good day sir/ma’am.

Bought a defective part and they refuse to replace the part. They did not mention anything about a warrenty or offered any kit to go along with the part. Horrible business practice and reported to HQ.

I had bought a bat.for 140$ putting in the truck ...complete and total accident dropped it crack and broke. Not one bit of help in a refund or replace.Had companys that reg spent large amounts of money with them that support our need for this bat. contact them to try to get them to help me out and nothing.Not even the fact I need this truck to get my son back and fort to Riley Hospital was taken into consideration. I will never step foot in that place again
