I have used PVC for many years, for multiple pets. Their sign and advertising states Cat Friendly, and I have found that to be true. I've had several cats with teeth problems, and they've done a great job taking care of all them. The dogs have been treated just as well. I highly recommend them. Natalie Hogan

Plymouth Veterinary Clinic has been very good to all of our animals for many years. They got to know our animals very well and tried to find solutions to their complex needs that took our financial situation into account without making us feel uncomfortable. We recently had to let go of one of our pets due to advanced age and reduced health, and whenever our pets reached the end of their lives, the vets were also with us to ensure that our pets were treated humanely and with dignity. You can tell that they care about every animal they treat. They are people of great integrity and kindness.

CONS: I brought my two cats in for grooms and one for an annual visit. I just moved to the area from out of state. Despite never needing sedatives, I was told it was their policy to "lightly" sedate cats when they groom them. Fine, I agree. I have just picked them up and they are a MESS. One has soap in his fur, is stumbling around to the point he is a hazard to himself, and is shaking. The other has blood on her nails, fur barely trimmed, is stumbling, Lost control of her back legs, and is having trouble breathing. I call, they state the sedative was small, and that they were walking around after the groom. They then suggest bringing them in for monitoring. Why would I ever bring them back!? Completely unacceptable. My cats have been groomed multiple times and are remarkably docile - have never needed sedation, never came home with blood or soap on them, and were actually cleaned up. They have always bounced right back to themselves once we get them home. Now I need to find a vet to take them to to make sure they aren't under respiratory distress PROS: why bother listing at this point.

Whatever your pet needs they can handle with such great care and love. They all most love what they do because it shows in each person you meet. They are dedicated and caring and so kind. No animal is a stranger. They love them all and the animal can tell by the way they run to them and wait for their pets and even treats. They know they are safe and in good hands and the humans are treated really well too. They give hugs at the end just in case you need one. We love all the people of Plymouth Veterinary Clinic. I decided to switch my vet in the last year to here and I couldn't be happier. The staff is always friendly to me and takes really good are of my doggo. She needed a tooth removed and groomed and she absolutely hates baths. I was really nervous about her appointment. They worked with me and got it all done in a day. I look forward to working with them in the future!

If you are looking for a veterinarian/daycare/groomer. I highly recommend Plymouth Veterinary Clinic. We cannot say enough good things about them. My dog loves going there and is so excited when we drop him off. The doctors and staff are quite professional and very friendly. It's almost like Leo has a second home he can go to. Leo is not just a number and a dollar sign to them. He seems to be treated like family! Great job!

I have taken my cats here since moving to the area in 2014. I have always had excellent customer service from everyone I've spoken to and Dr. Koos helped my Ivy live years longer than anyone expected by checking out every option. Unfortunately I have lost several cats due to age and illness lately (Rosalita the diva, Pepper, Ivy) and each time the situation was handled delicately and respectfully. I highly recommend this place.
