Got a flat on 30 and looked for local tire stores available for tire repair. Sherwood Tire was open! Still had 40 minutes to spare before they closed and all I needed was the flat tire and rim removed and my spare installed.
Walked in and definitely not friendly at all at the front counter. I was told they couldn't help me and that they were closing the store even though they were technically open for another 40 min.
Would not waist my time with this tire shop!!! Rude and do not care for customers!

Service is always great. They service fleet vehicles also. I have been going there for as long as i can remember. It is a shame for the city of Plymouth to loose this business!

Was very rude and hung up on me after I kindly asked a question and said thank you, just hung up not even a welcome or have a good day! So you earned yourself 1 star. Be polite and kind to people it goes a very long way. For that I would never do service here or recommend them.

Another shop scammed me, took my catalytic converter, and my money. And messed my exhaust up. Went to Sherwood Tire and they fixed it quickly with an appropriate replacement converter and welded it on the right way.

I had a tire that was not repaired only replaced by a spare and needed a tire to get to work and they made time for me and did it quickly. They do a great job taking care of people in emergency situations. Thanks again for great service 👍

I was traveling home to Ohio from MN after visiting my niece and my driver's rear tire started losing air pretty quickly. My brother who is a truck driver told me to stop at the love's gas station and ask for assistance. Those gentleman were extremely helpful and aired my tire so I could make it up the road a few miles. The 2 ladies and the gentleman behind the counter were extremely helpful and got me back on the road. I truly appreciate that they squeezed me in before closing. Thank you so much.

Went to get a tire change but they wouldn’t do it because “their guys wanted to home” they were still open for another 45 minutes 🙄

Such incompetence! We took the front wheel and a new tire from our mower into Sherwood Tire in Plymouth and I got back a wheel that looks like it’s been in an accident or several. They bent up the edge and scratched this rim so much they had to use thick black sealant to get it to keep air. But Jeff says this is how they do tires there and that the owner Julie Sherwood was who changed the tire. I’ve never had a lawnmower wheel or any wheel come back dented up, scratched and sealed with black sealant. When my wife did take it back after noticing the damage and after talking with me, they did try to fix the large dent with little success. They will buy me a new rim. Looks 10 years old, doesn’t it?
