Had problems with our home internet gateway. They swapped it out with a new model for free and we're all surfing the net again with no problems. The associates we're very knowledgeable and friendly and the store was organized and clean.

I switched from Android to iPhone and it was a struggle to get data transferred, but CHEYENNE made it as painless as possible- going WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND! Such a pleasure to work with her and Janelle!! Best customer service I’ve ever encountered with Sprint/TMobile in the 15+ years I’ve been a customer.

Worst t mobile we have ever been in. Customer service is awful. The 3 girls that were there the day we went in acted like they hated there jobs. You need new employees there. Our 3rd bad experience at this location

I was with sprint before they transitioned to T-Mobile and now my phone doesn’t have service 90% of the time .Took my phone in to get a new chip and it still doesn’t work in my area . Hope I don’t need to make an emergency call when I don’t have service . Not too happy right now

Very friendly staff, had gone in to setup my Wife phone which was not connecting properly. They quickly figured out that the sim card was bad replaced it and got us out the door without any hassle.

Janelle, the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. My wife and I have covid concerns and did not want to go into the store. Janelle was kind enough to come out and show us phones. She set up a contract and brought our phones to us while we waited in the car. She sanitized everything before we received them. By the way, it was 34 degrees and raining.

Janelle and her staff are very friendly and helpful. I was greeted when walked in and the Manager Janelle tried to help me resolve a no coverage issue I have been having and wanting to get out of my lease. She went above and beyond to work with Customer Care for me. We weren't able to get resolved yet, but she was willing to help me even if I was wanting to leave my Sprint service. I would recommend this store to anyone .
