Who owns this place anyways ? I usually get a decent sandwich here. Tonight, just the worse. Why a person is hireded that does not know how to make a sandwich? Does not know how to wrap a sandwich. Then never puts any sauce on it, I will never know.

Yikes.. was enjoying my sandwich and I look down, thankfully, and there was a fly in my food.. made me sick to my stomach and will probably not eat here again sadly… I know it’s just a fly but really lol, spent $18 for a foot long and medium drink for this.

Went in at 7:33 pm and the kid said he could only make 2 sandwiches and not 4 like we wanted because he was closing at 8 pm. We will be taking business somewhere else

Does not deserve one star. I ordered extra cheese and got a whole 3 slices of cheese on my footlong. Asked for extra honey mustard and could barely taste it. When I went to pick it up it was sitting on a rack where no one can see if anyone takes it, messes with it, or injects stuff into. The sandwich was warm so it had been sitting out for 20 mins by receipt if its true. The ham had a funny smell and taste. Fed it to the animals. Needless to say the sandwich I was looking fwd too sucked. Won't go back. Wrote customer service and they just blew it off with a standard email.

After waiting 10 minutes for the employee to clean then ordered $17 worth of food tried to pay and was told they dont take $50 bills. Will not be back. Jimmy John's took no problem.

Everything was on point until I had to pay, at this point I check my wallet: Nothing; Pockets: Nothing; then I proceed to exit the building and search the vehicle I was in for what felt like an hour, only to come full circle and find that it was indeed in my wallet. The food was good, the service was better an absolute angel made my Spicy BMT Wrap. She deserves a stake in the company. All in all truly exemplary.

Disappointed both subways in this town don't honor the app promotional advertising or the messages from website. Guess they don't have to and there are other businesses to support, pass on Arby's unless you want cold food in 20 min wait time. Subway is much faster. And they do toast buns with good cheese
