“I tried for 4-5 hours to get a tow through roadside assistance and kept having drivers cancel on me because they didn’t have the proper trucks for my lower car, it had been previously damaged by a tow truck driver before so I was trying to be proactive and not use a rollback style of truck to avoid it happening again. My request for a wheel lift style of tow truck was not able to be fulfilled by insurance and was told I will need to independently find a tow company, so with Tim being so close I called him first. I could tell on the phone that he genuinely understood and cared about my worries and said he would come take a look. Tim but a lot of patience and skill into loading my car onto his rollback safely and we were able to get it on and off the truck with no damage! Tim was very kind, fast and professional. I would highly recommend his services!”

“10/22/2026 My 2009 Ford F-150 died last night while spending quality time with Darrin Cole practice driving up and down the driveway. I got some frustration out with several curse words before Darrin and I shared a good laugh about it. Thank you to Reichert & Knepp wrecker service, Plymouth, IN location for excellent service this morning getting it to the repair shop. A special thank you to Matt for taking my phone call last night and scheduling the tow. A special thank you to Andy for prompt and courteous service handling the tow.”

“Scott did an oil change for my daughter he also changed my brakes on my car at a reasonable price. We are going to take my daughter's car back to get her brakes changed. He was very polite and very professional. Good to know that there is a reliable and dependable car shop here in town that takes excellent care of the community.”
