“I tried for 4-5 hours to get a tow through roadside assistance and kept having drivers cancel on me because they didn’t have the proper trucks for my lower car, it had been previously damaged by a tow truck driver before so I was trying to be proactive and not use a rollback style of truck to avoid it happening again. My request for a wheel lift style of tow truck was not able to be fulfilled by insurance and was told I will need to independently find a tow company, so with Tim being so close I called him first. I could tell on the phone that he genuinely understood and cared about my worries and said he would come take a look.
Tim but a lot of patience and skill into loading my car onto his rollback safely and we were able to get it on and off the truck with no damage! Tim was very kind, fast and professional. I would highly recommend his services!”
