I have always had great service at this location. They are helpful with my Amazon returns and shipping to family out of state. We use UPS to ship care packages to my elderly mother so the packages are delivered to her door. Everything has always arrived packed well and in tact. I highly recommend this location and UPS over all.

I dread going into this store because of this one male worker they have there. He is rude to everybody and tonight was no different. I held the door for the UPS driver to come in and I followed him in and walked up to the counter. The worker was busy with a package on the scale so I moved to the right and put my box up on the counter to wait. Soon he told me to move my box over to the scale, which I did, and I pulled up the Amazon app to get my return code. I used to print the return code, but the last time I came in with it printed, he refused to scan it. I asked him if he could help me find the code and he told me he didn't know how. It took me awhile to find the code, but it didn't faze him, he was on his cell phone texting and playing music. When I found it, he scanned it, took my item out of the box and told me to take the box. Now I have seen him (in the past) make a lady buy a box when she said her return was no box needed- that's why I left my item in the box it came in. He handed me my receipt. I turned to walk out and he yelled at me to take the box. Literally yelled at me. I told him that he was not a very nice person and that I knew he was lying about not knowing how to help me in the app. He said "maybe I was lying and maybe I wasn't" and yelled even louder. I would say as loud as he could, for me to take the box. I grabbed the box and left. Out in the car, which was in front of the store, he was looking out at me laughing--blatantly laughing-- at what had just happened. Nobody should be treated like that! I have seen him treat others awful and I just cannot believe this guy still works there.

I don't know who this new male service worker is but, we have never had a problem returning Amazon items until he came along. It states clearly on the Amazon return that ups will package and ship the item. Again, we have never had a problem. We aren't supposed to be paying anything and he wants to charge us. ? Also very rude.

Refused to ship my package! After 30 minutes a male worker comes in and has zero customer service skills. They quoted me 3 ways to send a package and he wants to take charge. By end of it cost if package doubles and I state that and he refuses to ship! Great business man! Thank you for nothing Sir

Do not go to this location for items needing notarized!!!. They did the notary wrong and when called to get a refund they told the clerk they'd get to it another day......so just blew us off and it cost us 2 extra days of being delayed to get check from insurance company which cost us over $50 in car rental. All I wanted was a $10 refund. But they could care less. I will say they were fun people to chat with, but there overall customer service not so good. So go else where for items needing notarized.

To start Angie is the nicest lady out of all this. I used next day air which is 80 bucks to start to ship a package to Panama City FL. Ups guaranteed my package. First error a lazy worked didnt put it in the right bin in Bourbon IN. Second error it didnt make the plane till two days after ship date. Third error my package arrived in Pensacola, FL three days later and was put in as a weather delay. PNC is not far from there and there was no weather or severe storms to delay this package. Fourth error the person expecting the package has to drive to Pensacola to get the package i paid to have delivered next day. All in all it took 4 days to get this package. Lisa was no help and extremely rude to both of us she gave a solid zero effs. It has been a month or more and i still havent recieved my refund. Lisa argued that i shouldnt even get my refund because of this bogus weather delay that was put in the tracker 3 days after the guaranteed time. I give lisa a zero outta ten. And will never use this unprofessional ups store again after this first and only time.

Do NOT take your Amazon returns to this store. They will give you a tracking number, but it is apparently meaningless. I took an item to this store on 10/14/21. I have been checking the tracking information for 5 days and it still does not show that the item has been shipped from the store. When I called the store, they claimed that they "bundle" Amazon returns and ship them with a new tracking number, but they cannot (or will not) give me the new tracking number. I have no way to determine whether the item I took to this store was actually shipped to Amazon or simply disappeared. When I asked how I am supposed to know that the item was shipped, not stolen, they claimed that everyone who works at this store is trustworthy. What else would they say? When I attempt to press the issue, they hung up on me. Update #1: I reported this incident to UPS. They asked for details and contact info, and said they will report the incident to their "local team", If their "local team" is the same person I spoke to on the phone, I don't expect to get any satisfaction, though I might get retaliation. Update #2: Response from UPS: "I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with the store, unfortunately since they are privately owned and operated you will need to request them to provide you the correct tracking number used to return your package in order to check on this on the system." In other words, go f**k yourself, we're too big to give a s**t about your petty problems.

I tried to return a package I'm old not good with phones I asked for help printing the label,I was told she was not paid enough to help me I said what, she replied I'm not touching your phone I'm not paid enough that was last Friday 7:23/21. I was very surprised. Not a way to run a business.

My husband and I just moved out this way in December, so I have used this UPS store in Plymouth a handful of times. Every time I go in, I get the same girl waiting on me, and I wish I knew her name. She is the most polite,sweetest girl. Very respectful to me and all the customers while I was there. So I was surprised when I went in Friday March 5th about a half hour after the store opened in the morning and it was a different girl and she was horribly rude. Like shockingly so. I haven't been back since. I just go to the UPS Store in Schererville IN during my work day so I don't have to deal with that nasty behavior. Do companies not train employees on proper customer service?? A kind greeting goes a very long way when working with the public. This girl would be more useful in the backroom away from the public.

They have absolutely NO clue that without customers they will cease to exist. They treat you like gun on a shoe and absolutely refuse to consider engaging in any form of productive conversation. They simply have ZERO customer service skills...or less if that is possible.

Love doing business in this store. The owners and their employees are always friendly and very helpful. With some of my long printing jobs and trying to figure out how to send attachments to their store email, they have always taken the time to show me and help! While this store itself has no control over the fact that my shipments are always on time ( thank you drivers) they are the local face of UPS and show it well! Kudos to your outstanding customer Service!!
