One thing that really stood out was how accommodating he was with the pre-purchase inspection. Since I'm from Illinois and he's located in Plymouth, Indiana, he had no problem taking the car to the independent mechanic shop I chose for the inspection. There was no pushback at all, which gave me a lot of confidence in both the car and the dealership.
When I arrived to pick up the car, everything went smoothly. Cam was friendly, welcoming, and never made me feel pressured. He let me take the car on a thorough test drive, and he even offered to let me drive a 2018 Audi S4 he had for sale as well, just for comparison.
