Went in for an oil change and my center console was gone through for no reason. The manager, when I let a cuss word slip told me to leave. These people are not trustworthy! The tech admitted to opening the console. He should be fired...along with the manager who told me to leave.

I'm very tired of Plymouth Walmart not having people check you out and bag your groceries. I had a cart with over $400 of items. I pulled up to the only checkout that was open. The young woman was checking someone out. She stepped away from them and hung the chain up and said "Im closed you will have to use self checkout. I told her I was handicapped and needed help because I was hurting. She said sorry. I went to self checkout and ask to speak to a manager. A woman arrived and said she was the manager. I explained my situation to her and she said "Sorry,if you don't want to check yourself out just leave the cart there and we will take care of it. My problem was that I was leaving on vacation with family and had bought stuff for the trip and for my grandkid! I had to check myself out. My pain was excruciating!!! While checking myself out I noticed 6 employees and the manager. The manager and 2 employees were on their cellphones laughing and chatting. Another girl stood behind me and watched me. Another female employee had a super ball she was playing with! The more I checked out and watched these employees the madder I got. I was hurting so bad I felt like I should be in the hospital. The only one to help in self checkout was the girl watching me. She did go get me a second cart. Finally got done and had to push one cart and pull the other one. No one offered help and I was so mad I would not ask for anything. Got outside and a cart guy came over and took the cart that was empty and on the second cart he helped by getting the pop off the bottom of the cart for me. He waited and took the cart when I was don. I thanked him for his help and he replied "No problem, have a good evening. Nice young man! My family and I spend several thousand dollars a month at Walmart. After hearing of my treatment, several have switched to Kroger and Martins! I can't get over the way Walmart sets it's rules considering the money they are losing! Not only family but many friends say Walmart no longer has any customer service!!! I definitely agree! Sam Walton was about good prices and customer service. His family has forgot or just don't care about customer service!

I shop at Walmart every weekend and I purchase all of my ammo here. Now that you will no longer be selling ammo, I will no longer be a patron.

I'm getting really tired of Walmart in Plymouth. Granted most service and employees are great. But lately with the remodel going on they have started what I am told is new procedure. In the last 3 days I have been stopped by the same employyee at the door to scan my reciept and check my bags. No alrm went off he just stopped me as I got to the door. Finally on the 3rd time i asked why I was being stoppped everytime I leave the store. First he told me it is policy now with the remodel to check everyone leavi g the store. In which I said really because you didnt stop the person before me or the people that have walked by us. Then he said well people that have unbagged items. Huh a case of pop or a case of water which is 2 of the items I had on 2 of the visits will now I will be requesting to be bagged . The 3rd time I had no unbagged items. I understand a random check but everytime I go in there it is annoying.

This is like your typical Walmart, except it's crazy. I have tried going here on multiple occasions and it is always really busy. Considering the amount of people shopping, they do have a rather large selection of items and don't seem to be too run out of supply (like you often see at other Walmart chains). The worst part is the parking lot, though.

As far as Walmarts go, this is a good one. Its open 24 hours which is nice. The lanes as big enough for the housewives who have let themselves go as well as the hillbillies who just want a quick 12 pack. It is in the middle of no where, but hey, without a walmart you wouldnt be a real town!! Great!

This is a typical WalMart! I give it one half point for being here (in the middle of nowhere), one half point for being open (24 hours), and, one point for a wide selection of everything we urgently need in one place and one point for great prices. That's about it! Hey, it's a WalMart!
