This 7-11 location is disgusting. Bathrooms are not cleaned or stocked, all the coffee was out at 6am, and the whole place smells like pee.

These use to be the cleanest bathrooms on the turnpike. Now I guess they don’t care anymore. They are always a mess. It’s sad that food is served here. Very gross

I'm not the kind of guy to balk at dirty restroom. My dad was a truck driver growing up, I've seen everything a truck stop or gas station can dish out. That being said, this place is ran poorly. Out of the seven soap dispensers in the men's bathroom, every single one of them was out. Every trash receptacle was overflowing. Every napkin dispenser was empty, with several of them just having piles of napkins thrown near them because it was too hard to load them up. You can buy your snacks and get gas there, but this place is a hot mess.

Jenny is a doll! We are traveling from ny to Winnipeg.we were impressed by the clean bathrooms and the cleanliness and organized store. We grabbed a cup of coffee for the road and when we went to pay Jenny smiled and said have a great day. The coffee was free!!! So nice to see a friendly face and free coffee!! Thank you 7-11 and Jenny !!

This travel plaza in Indiana, near the Notre Dame exit, is a solid stop for road trippers. With Popeyes, Sbarro, and Roost offering tasty options, plus a 7-Eleven for snacks, it’s convenient. The EV charging station is a bonus for electric vehicle drivers. Clean facilities, spacious seating, and a variety of merchandise make it welcoming, though the wet floor signs were a slight inconvenience. Great for a quick break!

I definitely don't recommend eating here, the place is dirty and the staff is really unhygienic, they don't even use gloves, they only wear them on one hand. I threw the food in the garbage!

Accidentally bumped one of the staff and said sorry, apparently not loud enough because he followed and confronted me in the bathroom about being rude. The irony was apparently lost on him. If you're the sort of person who looks to pick fights with convenience store staff for the entertainment of the internet, then this is a must-stop as the staff will be happy to oblige you. Otherwise I'd recommend keeping your stop to brief and necessary only.

Got what was supposed to be according to signs 2 hot dogs, 1 was a jalapeño dog, tired to get a refund for the one as no others on grill, clerk didn’t know how to do a refund so threw it in the trash stay away if you can!!!

Terrible chicken! Greasy slop! Cashier tried to charge me $4 extra for nothing!Like hey got gravy for the mash potatoes? “No”Don’t eat here people. I come though here all the time and this is the first and last time I will eat at this trash place.

FALSE ADS - They advertise on their cooler (see pic below) “2 slices of pizza and any coke or Pepsi product for $3”. When I go to check out they want to charge me almost $7. I remind them of special and they said it’s only for members. I told them the sign doesn’t say anything about needing to be a member and they read sign with me, agree, but then tell me it’s only for members. Irritating.
