My Husband and I drive passed 4 boost store to get to this one!! Miss T his so friendly and helpful!! She makes everything so easy!! So glad we found her and this store!!

The gentleman at this store is amazing. Today I stopped by not knowing he was closed but he happened to be inside and saw me and let me in. One other time about a year ago I went to multiple boost stores for a phone issue and no one helped me. I came here and he helped!!! Very happy.

Well I won't go back unless the woman is working. The guy is rude and unprofessional, wouldn't touch my phone, no help whatsoever, cared more about his phone ringing than the customer in the store. This place is already getting a really bad rep so they wont last long.

Do not know what they are doing. It’s a mother/son duo that work there and neither of them know what’s going on. The woman was supposed to get me off a family plan onto my own line which she did. An hour after, I received a notification that my phone number was switched and I never authorized that. I went back to the store. Turns out she was supposed to do a number switch for a different customer and switched mine instead because she never logged out of my account. The guy that was there had ME call boost when he should’ve been the one to talk to them in the first place. instead of getting my old number back they removed the new number and mine had no service. A whole day later and the issue is still not resolved. I was told I was going to receive a call and haven’t yet. absolutely ridiculous because this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Not saying that someone older shouldn't work here but someone 65+ thwt doesn’t have a clue on what is going on and clearly doesn’t have the proper training should not be allowed to service any customers. How many other accounts has she messed up and no one’s realized????

Guy at portage store near dunkin is a liar. Do not go to this location. Liar and doesn't resolve issues at all. Save your time. Said ALL phones are 5g, mine was not. Lied and sold me a 4g lte phone and would not let me return it. What a joke

I would definitely recommend this store as a go to for purchasing a phone. Very professional and without attitude willing to help you figure out what best fits your needs when choosing a phone. From my past experiences, someone was trying to sell my a refurbished phone claiming the phone to be new. Overall, it's difficult to find a store that the person is going to be honest about their phones.

Went to Portage store today and was lied to by the guy working there. I went in to get the SIM card replaced so my phone could be on the 5G network. I have an IPhone 8. He told me 5G isn’t compatible with any IPhones older than 10 version.Something about that didn't sound right to me so I went to a different boost mobile a few hours later to double check. They made the switch with my current phone with no problem. So basically the guy at the Portage location was just trying to force me to upgrade my phone for no reason. I'm glad I didn't rush into buying a new phone, especially when there isn't anything wrong with my current phone. I recommend Boost Mobile, just not this particular location. Next time I have to go into a store, I’ll drive to the further location & deal with employees who know what they are doing. ✌️

Bought my phone today, and have to say the sales lady "Miss T" was very helpful and knowledgeable" She transferred photos and contacts to my new phone and installed screen protector very professionally. She's great!!

I called about a problem with my phone and was told to come in. I went in and the man that waited on me only wanted to sell me a new phone not help me with my old phone. I will be switching to A T & T.
