This is by far the best pharmacy!! So friendly, It should have 5 stars!! I never had to call to refill my medcine, when I have 4 pills left...the refill is already waiting for me to pick up.
A new script...ready in 1-2 hours. No hassle, no waiting 16 hours!! At another cvs A prescription was called in for me at 8am and I was to start it immediately...
Well, I didn't receive it until 9pm!!!!!!??

I received a text stating my prescription was sent to my local CVS and was ready for pickup. I go to pick it up and the lady at the pharmacy said they had no order filled due to them being out of stock. THAT WAS IT. No additional information as to what CVS had it or even if a generic brand was available. She just looked at us with a smile and expected us to move on.
These pharmacy counter people are very unprofessional and act as if you are an inconvenience for them.

I refill medication it tells me there ready for pick up when I get to store they tell me they have nothing ready. Have the dexcom g6 just payed 75 wensday for the transmitter went to order my sensor for it on Saturday they then told me doctor order g7 so there was nothing they can do after I just spent $75 so I'm out $75 dollars now have to pay for the g7 the only good thing about this pharmacy is that there open 24/7 it's convenient otherwise would not deal with them.

This is the 2nd time we had an issue with this store...was told at 2:44 a prescription would be ready she needed 4viles after I had to have the dr call them when they were saying it was to early to fill it...got there at 9 DID not have it ready said come back in 15 only had one not 4 ????

Last night around 1230am The gentleman which his name is mark the pharmacist. Me and him had a altercation. I was on the phone with a friend of mine telling my friend. Why I was in the hospital and I was just now getting out.He took something that I said. And got very loud and very rude with me. Which I was not talking to him, I was talking to my friend. I let him know that I was talking to my friand he didn't need to get loud with me on anything that I wasn't talking to him. I will be calling corporate after I leave this message. I said to him I said, I'm not talking to you, sir, I'm talking to you sir, I'm talking to the person that I'm on the phone with that has nothing pretend to you and I don't understand why you're getting loud with me. And he proceeded to sit there and say that he had 500 prescriptions to fail, which that was none of my concern, none of my business. I didn't need to know that. I said I'm here to get my stuff and leave. I'd just now go to the hospital. I want to go. He left it alone I left it alone.And I continue talking to my friend. But I didn't appreciate the smart guy that works at the pharmacy. Getting loud over a conversation that had nothing to pretend with him.

Hire more technicians / pharmacists. Pharmacy in Valparaiso did not have all prescriptions called in by hospital. Did not find out till picked up. They stated that they could have following day. Not what the emergency room ordered. Ended transferring over to Portage. Still sitting and waiting as my wife's medications are worn off. I would like to know if CVS's ceo would like any of his / her family ignorantly treated like this. I expect a response immediately. Called the pharmacy to get a prescription transferred and the pharmacist was total prick talking down on me like I'm 7 . Your all there to do job can't do it get out!

Horrible customer service, the only pharmacist that should work is Steve. I just got asked by a pharmacist after they made a mistake with my medications why am I calling here now as if to say I am bothering her . The great part about money is it can be spent anywhere . The better part about pharmacies is that there is one on any corner. I will be pulling my medications. To be a servant in the healthcare industry it requires patience and understanding. Not a slick month and lack of respect! Thanks to steve for all he's does the other female pharmacist need to retire she's tired and burned out. You need to know when it's time for a break at vacation or a attitude check! If I could give -5 stars I would.

Don’t bother refilling through the phone it app. They will NOT inform you that your refill is out of stock. I even gave more time before picking up and still no one took it upon themselves to let me know my prescription was out of stock. Ridiculous! Had to wait a long time while they find a cvs that had it . Really messing up
