I was driving from New York to Chicago and I got a flat when I was almost in Chicago and these guys honored my warranty and got it fixed and under 20 minutes. Amazing job great work.

Technicians worked on items that did not need work because vehicle was a program car. They left greasy prints on windows. They took forever to do repairs. The technicians do not communicate with the front desk on issues. The manager did not seem to care

Don’t believe them the first time, their prices are extremely high for one, my experience taught me whatever they tell you go get a second opinion.
I will say that it was eventually fixed six months later, according to the code that I had originally. They do have good mechanics, but I believe I was lied to,I’m gonna always have this in the back of my mind, but the first repair they did was unnecessary. And it was expensive.They also change my cabin filter without asking me on a separate oil change occasion for 80 bucks. I had changed the cabin filter prior to going in there. They won’t be touching mycar again.

I am writing this review from the Grand Rapids airport waiting for my flight,
I was traveling from Chicago to Grand Rapids last night for this flight, but my car broke down. I’m not from this area, so I didn’t know where to have the tow truck take my car and was convinced all my plans were ruined.
I am SO LUCKY I chose this place. The team was understanding of my situation, and worked to get my car in as early as they could this morning and fix it in time for me to get on the road and back to Grand Rapids in time for my flight.
The entire team should be commended for working with me and getting me what I needed so I didn’t have to reschedule any of my plans
Super grateful to this team, and they have turned me into a Firestone customer going forward.

I called before closing time. No one answered and it just rang so couldn't leave a message. I read the reviews so maybe it was a blessing in disguise? Lol. I'm calling elsewhere.

Appointment 9am made online and they told me to wait 90 minutes because they were delayed. Then why is there a place available for 9am. I do not recommend this place to anyone. These are not professionals. They do not care about appointments. They lie to clients. And no words of apology are worth anything. Because clients also have different appointments.

I broke down while traveling. Neil and the team did a wonderful job of working on my vehicle right away so I could continue my journey without having to spend another night in a hotel. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

You all really put in the time an effort in accessing what was wrong with my car. It was a problem that couldn't be figured out in one visit, and although normally you don't want to be turned away and told "I'm not sure what's wrong" this was a situation that I very much was grateful to be turned away for the day and told to come back, we'll leave the ticket open and look at it again.
I was very grateful to not just be thrown an answer to me to make a sale, but to actually get to the bottom of the actual problem. I often hear horror stories from others being screwed over and charged for things they didn't need to have done. I can't tell you how much I appreciate not having that experience here, and for the customer service provided by the team.
I moved out here from IL and while I have been here 2 years now, I kept procrastinating finding somewhere in IN I could trust my car with. I will have no hesitation to bring my car back to Firestone after this experience.

On 7/17 my AC was checked and fixed , supposedly. But on 7/18 not even 24hrs after it was checked and fixed , my AC went out . Mark told me this time it was the blower motor and it was gonna cost me over $600 more on top of the $450 that was paid the day before(7/17) . Had I known it was gonna cost that much I would of never authorized any repairs . I would of paid the $117 for diagnostic and went on my way . Now I'm out of $450 and my car is the same as when I took it in on 7/17 . Not even 24hrs after they so called repaired/fixed

Mark was very courteous even when the mechanics were late. He walked me through every thing they found on my van and which ones were the most important to get done that day with the resources that I had available to me at that time.
