Cindy has done my hair for years at the schererville store. And she left I didn’t know where she went, I was sad. I found out she works at this particular store and I’m so glad. She is a magician with scissors.

I called and asked if a specific stylist was working. She said yes at 12 o'clock. I checked in on line around 12:10. Arrived at salon at 12:15. 27 minute wait. No problem. 12 minutes later one stylist says to the other Crystal doesn't work today. I say I called and was told she worked. The girl that answered the phone . Then she acts like I made it up..like she didn't tell me that an hour earlier. Yes mistakes happen ...but take responsibility and apologize. The so what attitude was unacceptable.

Cathy has cut my hair twice.
Last time, I had to go back the same day to another location.
I shared that information, and she was pissed and hostile. Cut my hair under 5 minutes, then said, "Happy." (very rude). Took off apron and all the hair on my clothes. Plus all the hair on my face.
Extremely lazy and unprofessional.
She really cut it short. Like real short. Buzz out and rounded. It's definitely not my cut.
Then she went right to her cell phone and fiddled with some new feature while I stood and watched to pay.
Cathy used to cut my mothers hair, so I'm trying to support her. Bad hair cut twice, rude and sloppy. Give me a break and my money back.
Absolutely a shocker after years.

The morning of April 18, 2024 my daughter and I both went in for a haircut. The woman who welcomed us was very pleasant and gave my daughter a very nice cut.
The woman who cut my hair could barely be bothered to get off of the chair to help me. She was rude, unfriendly, and had the attitude that she would rather be doing almost anything else.
She is a terrible representative of this company.
She gave me a fair haircut but, I had asked for a dry and style and the effort she put into it was ridiculous. Letting people walk out of the salon looking like I looked is not good advertising. Luckily I was able to go home and do something with it.
I’ll definitely be going somewhere else very soon to have it fixed.

If you are a person that cares about your hair, do not go here if I could get this place a -10 stars, I absolutely would. I showed her not one but two pictures and in one of the pictures it showed exactly what the cut was and she Confidently said that she Cut my hair that my hair was already like the style. It just needs to be cleaned up. I tell her please do not take my length I have an event to go to tomorrow this lady left my hair so choppy I had to stop her worst experience ever, and then she tipped herself. She was SO RUSH AND then when I ask her to stop she still tried cutting my hair!

Pretty good service. Has been closed for a while which has been a pretty big inconvenience, but at no fault of their own. I can usually get in and out pretty quick and the haircut themselves are usually pretty decent. No complaints, and this is my go-to spot.

We've went to Great Clips two times now. The first time it was excellent! The young lady did a great job on my daughter's hair. She cut her own bangs while at her Father's house and the stylist was able to fix her hair. The second time we went wasn't as great BUT that's because the woman opened up the shop and she was the only one there, no one else had showed up for work and there were 6 of us ready to get hair cuts right when she opened. She was stressed. She still did a good job getting us in and out though.
