“After years without any claims, we had two back-to-back. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. Tom not only patiently guided us through the process, he was hands on and personally helpful. For the auto claim, he picked me up from the auto body shop and drove me across town to the rental car place, stood in line with me and waited until I was in the rental and on my way.
