This was my very first time at hooters. A waitress that looked very similar to Doja Cat was our server. She was incredibly nice and the atmosphere was great. I wish I had gotten her info but of course it would’ve been unprofessional but I hope she’s doing great. The food was 10/10 and I had gotten the appetizer with the wedges, wings and I forgot what else. It was like a sampler. Phenomenal. Thanks for a great time with my three coworkers on our way to Detroit.

This location and Mishawaka are hot garbage compared to other Hooters in the area. The atmosphere is sterile. No music playing, only sports, even when no major games are on. That ruins the atmosphere, even though it’s newer/nicer than other Hooters. It’s almost so much of a modern/sports bar vibe that it feels sterile. Also, the girls are so inattentive. It seems like there are 30 minute intervals between check-ins. They don’t even acknowledge you for 30 minutes. This problem is a major issue for Indiana HOA Hooters compared to Chicago Original Hooters like Lansing, Oak Lawn, and Orland Park. In fact, even when Orland Park, which is larger than other locations which led to them having staffing issues during COVID because they need more staff to operate that larger location, they were up-front about it and friendly. I feel these Indiana ones are just generic corporate joints anymore with bad staff. Also, Schererville and Merrillville are better than this one. Mishawaka is just as bad. Do better HOA.

This was a great Hooters location. I got here about 9 in the evening. They were not too busy, but not dead. I got day a table in the bar area and ordered a water. The girl said that since it was later in the evening and I was sitting near the bar, I had to show my ID. I thought that was strange, but whatever. I ordered a side salad because I was planning on getting an appetizer after they went to 50% off after 10. After I finished my salad the server asked if I wanted anything else. I told her that I would wait until 10 and order a half price appetizer. She then hung w little with me and talked. After she went and helped her other tables, she came back at 10:01 and asked if I was ready to order my appetizer. That's great service. After I ate that I just hung out talking to all of the girls. All of them were so sweet and friendly. And, of course, beautiful. Even being there until after 11 I never felt rushed or that I stayed too long. Just wonderful. Can't wait to go back.

Food took alot longer than it should have and when it came out after a good 45 minutes, it was less than warm. Flavor was spot on. The waitress we had was attentive and continued to come back and apologized for the delay, 3 TIMES. There was not very many people in there for the kitchen to be that behind.

All the waitress staff seems to be overworked constantly running around the restaurant even witnessed them run Into each other and drop food.
