“My daughter and I visited the Valparaiso store to purchase a new mattress for her bedroom. The sales associate, Brandy, met us at the door immediately. She was very friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable about all the products in your showroom. She worked so well with an indecisive teenager. Brandy was so patient with showing us the mattresses as well as explaining the history of the different companies, how each mattress differed, and was manufactured. Brandy made the whole experience pleasant, easy, streamlined, and very enjoyable. So much so, not only did I purchase a new queen size mattress for my daughter, but also a new king size mattress for myself.

“Edited to add, delivery was a week ahead of what was projected. Delivery guys were polite, and quick. They called 30 minutes before arrival and were in and out in no time. The hardest thing we dealt with in this whole situation was figuring out exactly what we wanted. Will definitely be buying from Penny Mustard again!The absolute best customer experience anywhere! They don't pounce on you as soon as you walk in and give you space to walk around. So very friendly, fun, and professional. Between Sandra and Amy, the manager, we finally decided on what we wanted. “I will never shop anywhere else for furniture now that I have found Box Drop in Portage, Indiana. I can't say enough good things about this place. The quality of their merchandise is top notch. So far we have bought two beds, mattresses and night stand. We were even able to get quality mattress covers there as well. We sent our adult children there and they purchased a beautiful couch, love seat and recliner from John.
