“Steven was amazing! He knew what he was talking about, didn’t rush me at all, and pulled out three different mattresses from the wall for me to try. He also tried to get me all the discounts he could, and was transparent about mattress reviews, delivery fees, and insurances. He also took the time to explain the processes and was very patient with all my questions.”

“I will never shop anywhere else for furniture now that I have found Box Drop in Portage, Indiana. I can't say enough good things about this place. The quality of their merchandise is top notch. So far we have bought two beds, mattresses and night stand. We were even able to get quality mattress covers there as well. We sent our adult children there and they purchased a beautiful couch, love seat and recliner from John. Let me just say John is very knowledgeable, kind and it was a pleasure doing business with him! Looking forward to going back!”

“My daughter and I visited the Valparaiso store to purchase a new mattress for her bedroom. The sales associate, Brandy, met us at the door immediately. She was very friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable about all the products in your showroom. She worked so well with an indecisive teenager. Brandy was so patient with showing us the mattresses as well as explaining the history of the different companies, how each mattress differed, and was manufactured. Brandy made the whole experience pleasant, easy, streamlined, and very enjoyable. So much so, not only did I purchase a new queen size mattress for my daughter, but also a new king size mattress for myself. Brandy is a rock-star associate and a great asset to Bedzzz Direct. Thank you for having such amazing people in your employ”

“Very good experience with purchasing a mattress. You get to try them out with no pressure to buy. If you do choose to purchase, there is a kiosk in the store to use. Mattress was delivered the very next day and they will move or take your old one. Definitely lives up to the name!”

“My husband and I have purchased several items from Indiana Furniture and and have been very pleased with every piece. Last week, a friend of mine and I were in the store to look for a love seat that she and her deceased husband had wanted to buy when he was alive. We found the exact one and Mr. Craig helped with all her questions, purchase, etc.Needless to say, we both walked away satisfied customers! And I know she is eagerly anticipating the delivery of her new loveseat. Thank you!”

“My wife and I just bought a house and wanted a new dining room table set. We hit a couple places in the area before we stopped at Penny Mustard. Their store Manager, David Kaplan, worked with us to pick out some options. First and foremost, he was the first person of any of the stores we went to that actually listened to us and didn't just try force us to buy the most expensive pieces they have. We saw down and went through all the different options from style, chairs, color, wood type. It was truly a 10/10 experience and I will be back. Thanks again Dave! we love our new table!”
